I have just signed up for my third year of renting my home from her.
I know that Dianne goes above and beyond to make her tenants comfortable and find the correct dwelling to meet individuals needs.
Very pleasant lady as is her sidekick Rebecca , i find them both very professional and i have and will go on recommending them.

I have dealt with Dianne a few times now in business crossings and can only say that she goes above and beyond normal customer service. She looks after the Landlords and the tenants equally with pride in her work. I can only highly recommend her.

I have rented in a lot of places and I would not even give this business 1 star if I could. Reputation around the the area and region as a bully and a vindictive and nasty '....' is very well deserved. Diane is "lovely" until you question something or deny a full week of people coming and going out of your property and give them two days or SHE makes a mistake on the Lease Agreement then see what ugly demon comes out. Shouldn't be running a business dealing with people's lives and homes. Couldn't wait to get away from this horrible individual. Now under counselling for severe anxiety and stress related mental illness.

Hands down the best rental manager I have ever used. Dianne and Manjimup property services have been amazing. They manage 4 separate properties that I own in Manjimup and have done for over 5 years. I also own other properties in other locations and ive never had a property manager as organised and professional as Dianne and her team. Honestly, don't risk your property to other unorganised agencies who will fill your investment with undesirables and leave you with expensive problems. Ive been there and done that and it doesnt end well. If you are even thinking about a dependable, contactable and professional rental management company, where everything you ask is easy.... Honestly Dianne and the team are for you
