One of the best playgrounds by far with a 15m high slide, town castle, swingss,long ropeway, picnic and more. Embedded in a historical outdoor museum focusing on historical timber industry with steam locomotives and winches.

If you have kids and are travelling through then do yourself a favour and stop for 30mins, the kids will run their batteries out making the rest of the drive a peaceful one , the huge slide is just one part of an awesome playground so it's definitely worth the stop

Fun place to take the children. Interesting historical features. Lovely cafe to dine at. And the lady in the visitors centre was so knowledgble and helpful.
