I had an incident with a bus from this company with license plates XTOIBD (driven by a person who is really a risk to the entire Launceston community) on July 9 of this year around 5:50 pm. I was parked outside my house on West Tamar Road with my 18-month-old daughter, my wife, and a friend, waiting to be able to enter my house. When the bus passed by, it hit me, breaking my driver's side mirror (it could have caused a bigger incident), putting my life and my family's lives at risk.

I got out to talk to the driver (a very rude and aggressive person; I repeat, he seems like a danger to the Tasmania community) and he told me he couldn't give me any information and that I should contact the company. I contacted them on July 10, they took my details, and said they would send my information to their insurance company. After a week of trying to contact the company and the insurance company, they told me that the driver has given another version of the events, in which he claims I was driving, which is false and I don't understand why the bus cameras are not being reviewed? It seems illogical to me.

That same day, the insurance representative told me that he couldn't do anything more because one of the owners was on vacation with his children. Does anyone in that company want to think about the trauma my daughter experienced after that scare? The owners' vacations are irrelevant to me because I can't drive my car and I have to lose money to transport myself. After these nine days, I received a response from the insurance representative via text: “Hi Francisco, I have spoken to Manions Coaches and with the information we have on hand, we don’t think Manion’s are liable for the damage. You will have to talk to your insurer to arrange repairs. Regards Adrian."

I don't know how big the company is, but they act like a fake company. I just want to tell the users and pedestrians to be careful with these buses; their lives could be at risk, and the insurance they manage seems non-existent.

A recent incident has prompted me to warn the community about a driver whose reckless behavior poses a risk to our city. Our family car, parked outside our home, was hit by this individual, who showed little regard for safety or proper conduct.
The aftermath has been distressing, especially for my little daughter, who now associates cars with fear due to this person’s thoughtlessness. It was a close call that could have escalated into a major accident.
Please be vigilant and cautious when using this service. Drivers like this are a danger not just to one family but to our entire community

What a dishonest and opportunistic company! On July 9th, I was at my cousin's house when he arrived and parked in the bay to wait for the traffic light to change. Unfortunately, one of these buses crashed into him. The driver had the audacity to only check his tire and rudely gave the company's contact details before slamming the door in his face. When we contacted the company, they said they would pass everything to their insurance. Today, they are making the excuse that the driver claimed my cousin was not parked but driving and that he was the one who cut him off.

WHERE ARE THE CAMERAS THEY SUPPOSEDLY HAVE? It would be such an easy solution to check the footage, but they want to wash their hands of it and not take responsibility. It's sad that companies like this exist, trying to take advantage of others.
