Where could I even begin. After having a proposal plan fall apart not too far out from the date, I needed to organise something, and fairly urgently.

I knew we were headed to the Sunshine Coast hinterland, so a quick google search led me to Andy, and boy am I glad it did!

From the outset, Andy was so easy to communicate with, she was quick to reply and very professional. I told her my situation, and she was more than eager to help me out, in planning one of the most special proposals I could have dreamed of.

Andy has a wide number of connections with local vendors all over the hinterland, and was very quick to reach out to help me secure a location. Andy was even able to wrangle a great deal with the vendor agreeing to waiver their venue fee on this occasion. She really does go above and beyond to help you get the best value for money!

With my plan for the proposal including a professional photographer, Andy very promptly found me the most wonderful Emma at Black Ochre Photography, who travelled out, and was an absolute pleasure to deal with aswell.

Andy set up an amazing picnic in a private corner of the Maleny Botanic gardens, with our very own view of the Glasshouse Mountains. She curated an intricate grazing board, filled with fresh locally sourced cheeses, charcuterie and delicious macaroons and chocolates. The furniture was all very high end, with real glassware and cosy blankets and cushions.

Andy, went to the venue with Emma days before the event, to scout the best spots and formulate a plan to ensure the day went as smoothly as it ever could. Honestly I will be forever grateful to these lovely ladies for their vital efforts in providing a day that My Fiancee and I will remember well into our old age!

10/10 would recommend to anybody wanting something custom, and truly truly a cut above the rest! Thankyou again so much!!!

Andy + Bec are a dynamic duo! From very early communications, through to the final setup, they were incredible. The food had been thoughtfully considered (and tasted AMAZING), the setup was stunning, there was absolutely nothing I could fault. I would strongly recommend these ladies for your next intimate elopement, proposal, or luxury picnic! x

Amazing setup and spread at an ungodly hour of the morning.
We wanted a small catered wedding in a field and everything was perfect (even the curious cows), very accommodating for different dietary and seating requirements, with lovely furniture and decorations.
Highly recommended for any event.

Organising a birthday picnic was so easy with Maleny Picnics and Proposals! Andy responded promptly every time, she kept me informed and even sent photos and provided options to help me choose a colour scheme and location at the Maleny gardens. They took care of every thing: from the high tea, the decorations, the set up, drinks, the birthday message sign, and they also liaised with the Maleny Botanic Gardens Staff to organise the location in one of the Gazebos.
On the day, Andy messaged to let me know that the picnic was ready, It was so beautiful (the photos don't do it justice!) The food was delicious, with all of the sweet and savoury options on the high tea cake stand with cold lemon and sparkling water included with an ice bucket. Andy even stayed to take photos of the group before leaving us to our gorgeous lunch. It was so lovely in the Gazebo over looking the gardens (nice and cool). It was such a special surprise for the birthday girl! We stayed for well over an hour and a half before continuing to enjoy the gardens on the golf buggy. We didn't have to do anything after the picnic, Maleny picnics and proposals took care of all of the clean up!
If I could give more stars, I would. Great experience from start to finish. Thank you Maleny Picnics and Proposals for a very memorable day!

Andy created an incredible picnic for us to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Her communication and organisation was awesome, she replied promptly to all of our emails and helped us decide on the perfect location for our picnic. The sweet and savoury platter was enormous and delicious - we ended up being able to take the left overs home with us! The weather forecast ended up being 60% chance of rain, so last minute, Andy suggested and organised a wet weather option, liasing with Maleny Botanic Gardens to set up the picnic in a gazebo. It was simply perfect.

I got in touch with Andy, from Maleny Picnics & Proposals to help organise a surprise 30th picnic for my boyfriends birthday. Andy was so easy to communicate with and kept me in the loop about it all. We did have torrential rain, though this didn’t stop Andy from making a picnic that was so special!
The set up was just amazingly beautiful, I felt like it was even a surprise for me as well! Every single detail was considered, Andy even had bug repellent for us!
The food was lovely and there was sooo much of it!

Andy went above and beyond to create a breathe taking picnic for an anniversary. Pictures dont do it justice and the picnic was not only picture perfect but comortable and relaxing! Would highly recommend Maleny picnics and proposals!
