Fabulous Fabulous Fabulous!
A very inclusive dance studio, even as a beginner you get to be part of a showcase after your 8 week course. Cannot give more praise to my instructor Lauren, throughout the course I probably laughed more than danced. I shall be back!!!

Booked a glitter package for my best friends hens party and it was fantastic! Highly recommended 💖 Everyone was relaxed and enjoying themselves! The bride to be had a ball! Poppy and Iva Grande were so entertaining and made us feel welcomed from the start.

ONE OF A KIND!!
We had an INCREDIBLE time at Maison Burlesque last weekend!
We booked the Hen's package for the 9 of us and let me tell you, we were not disappointed. We knew what we were getting into but it was sooooo much more fun than anticipated!
Poppy and Whiskey greeted us with smiles and dressed as gorgeous characters which we fell in love with straight away. They also gave us complimentary bubbly on arrival (at 10am, its never too early haha) which tasted great. The class itself was informative, and yet a ball of fun, we never took ourselves too seriously and yet we learnt a great routine which we're hoping the 'bride to be' will use on the groom 😉
Both Poppy and Whiskey were amazing, they kept their character persona's whilst also being cheeky and real with us (which we adored) and kept the smiles on our faces the whole time.
As a group of girls who had barely ever danced and had never done burlesque before - I can't recommend this place enough! They even have normal classes running through out the week! CHECK THEM OUT!
You will not regret it.

MAGNIFICENT!!
Booked a Hen Party for my bestie and Poppy went above and beyond. I booked a Hen Soiree with an 80's dance party plus a burlesque performance afterwards. Poppy managed all communications promptly and professionally, she also knew exactly what I wanted. When the burlesque dancer cancelled due to surgery 4 weeks prior I was panicked but Poppy secured another performer within 24 hours. On the night of the event, the hostess was welcoming and gave us everything we needed. The dazzling Velma Velour was our instructor for the evening and even though some girls were feeling shy in the beginning, Velma's energy was infectous and she had everyone grooving and laughing in no time. The 2 hours flew by and everyone was in agreeance, it was one of the best hen activities they have ever attended. We then had the bucks party join us for a spectacular performance from Maple Rose. She was stunning! Tease-Rex made an appearance first which was a huge surprise for everyone followed by a sensational burlesque routine featuring the biggest fans I've ever seen. She is an incredible talent and has a wonderful personality, everyone loved interacting with her during and after the performance. The night was a HUGE success and I can't recommend the phenomenal ladies at Maison Burlesque enough.

I have been a student at Maison for about 2.5 years, safe to say it's my second home in Melbourne. Maison is a safe space to express yourself regardless of your dance experience, gender or sexuality. Maison and it's incredible, talented, world class teachers allow you to explore yourself and your own energy both in the studio, at the student showcase and in your own life. The culture the studio creates is not only safe, it's a place to be silly and goofy, a place to be vulnerable, a place to try something new and a place to explore and acquire new skills. I highly recommend their services and if you're waiting for a sign to give a class a go this is it. Be warned, you may never want to leave this beautiful studio!

I have just completed the 8 week beginners course with the amazing Maple and I can’t recommend it enough. Maison feels so inclusive and warm and welcoming yet really professional. I was looking up which course to do next befor this one even finished, I can’t wait to try them all out. Such great classes/ teachers!

I was surprised to be celebrating my hens party here last Saturday, we did the Beyonce Burlesque class and I had the best time!! Our instructor Stacey was amazing and just made us all feel so confident and sexy! Highly recommend! I can't wait to come back!
