So glad we went, doesn’t deserve the scathing reviews here. We went on a Saturday during school holidays and never had to wait more than a few minutes for rides. It’s small and easy to do everything in 3-5 hours. Probably better for younger kids as opposed to teenagers. Our son was 7 and the perfect age for most things.

Our son had autism and struggles with sensory overload this place was nice and chill no loud music pumping at all the rides just very relaxed and laid back, perfect for us

Food was terrible as to be expected but you can take a picnic in and go in and out with a wristband
Found a park with a trailer no worries
Cheaper to buy tickets online

Staff are friendly and amazing. Was disappointed half the rides couldn’t open due to the rain or repairs. They would benefit from more things to do like a jumping castle Or soft play for the younger kids they really can’t do anything there everything is for 130cm and up! More games would be great everything felt a bit outdated. Bringing back the tree tops would be amazing even if it was artificial metal poles. The owner needs to spend more money and bring it up to date and add better attractions to justify the $65 entry fee especially for the little kiddies. The place has a pretty bad reputation around Merimbula and I can understand why people want something great and practical for everyone in the family we enjoyed our day but got bored pretty quick after only being able to use the dodgem cars and Grand Prix cars and 2 slides.

Magic Mountain Merimbula was lovely. Quiet enough that there were barely any wait times, but busy enough that everything was open. The kiosk/ cafe is a bit pricey but kinda expected. You are free to bring your own food and drink into the park though so no pressure to pay past the entry fee. Kids had a blast, plenty to do, and plenty of places to stop and rest, too. Would like to see more bins around the park, though honestly!

Fabulous day out with grandchildren- totally recommend!
I haven’t been for many years, and was under the false impression that my younger grandchildren wouldn’t have much to do. They had a great day, totally enjoyed themselves- as did all the adults!
People complaining about pricing - I don’t know how this facility is able to continue to provide their excellent service for the price.
Once you have paid admission, rides etc are unlimited. Compared with going to other places and paying per ride ( plus admission) we all thought it was very reasonable.
Food at kiosk is basic, and what you’d expect to pay considering the prices of groceries etc today.
We are so lucky to have this excellent facility in our local area, and will definitely be back. Thanks for a fantastic day.

We had a VERY lovely time at Magic Mountain!
We really appreciate ALL the rides & activities available for kids of all ages!
The staff were all absolutely amazing, patient & kind! Thank you for taking the time to chat with our Son(s) & making it such a wonderful experience before our journey home! 😊
Can't wait to get back to have some more fun when the boys are a bit bigger & can go on ALL of the rides! 🤩

The price of admission was very expensive for what was offered. There is no roller-coaster, carpet slide or tree top activity. The tube slide was shut after the park being opened for 1 hour. The water slides didn't open until 12pm. The toboggan was closed at 1pm due to a very slight drizzle of rain. It appeared as though there wasn't enough staff, as rides were closed due to staff lunch breaks. One staff member rotated between operating the only two rides available to small children, so there were times where one wasn't accessible. The mini golf course was very run down, woth rips in the green and blocked holes. The food was incredibly expensive for the quality and serving sizes.
There was no entry price reduction for pregnant or impaired park visitors who couldn't use most of the facilities. There weren't any signs or information available at the entry or on the website about rides that weren't working.

The two positives included the park being virtually empty, which meant we had exceptionally short lines for the activities that were up and running, and for the most part, the staff we spoke to were very friendly and accommodating.

We wouldn't recommend this attraction for the price and current state of the park.

Very overpriced for a family of 4 (5yr old, 8yr old and 2 adults) costing $244, for us to be there for about an hour, nearly all rides were shut, the roller coaster had been pulled down. This was our first time visiting and very disappointed, we will never be going back. The tube ride was fun, but for the price it was very hard taking the tube back up the hill ourselves, especially the 5yr old…with that price someone who works there could surely get paid to do that…

It was okay. My family and I did enjoy it. The tobogganing was great and well maintained, but they didn't accept any cash, and it felt as if it was a little overpriced. Food and drinks were very expensive, after that sort of admission fee you would expect food and drinks to be reasonably priced.
