I had an excellent stay here. The room highly exceeded my expectations, especially considering the price point. The room itself was incredibly spacious with modern decor and up to date appliances throughout. I was particularly impressed that the room came equipped with a smart TV, something you don’t often find even in higher end options. Overall, amazing value for money. Definitely my first choice next time I’m in Canberra.

Terrible rooms. Dirty. Mould in showers. Dirty fridge and floors. Broken bed.
Advised staff on check in that our bed was broken on one side at the head of the bed. So when you layed on it your feet were in the air. Was told it would be fixed by the afternoon. Did not get fixed. Staff came to room to “check” the broken bed. “Oh no, that’s terrible” she said, “the front desk will give you compensation for tonight’s stay”. After they called the manager and emailed - no reply. Offered us a cot to sleep in the floor. We had to find things in the room to put under the broken section to try to use the bed (see photos). The next afternoon the bed got fixed and no one at the front desk had any communication from the manager regarding our compensation for the nights stay. Emailed attached photos to them to attach to another email. No response. Terrible. Still waiting for any kind of response.

For a base for an overnight stay in Canberra we were very happy. First impressions of the outside of the building had me worried but was fine inside. It's a budget hotel but we had all the basics that worked well. Staff were friendly and helpful. Well catered continental breakfast was a nice surprise.

Shocked by the poor environment, we drove 6 hours and arrived late at night. The hotel walls were covered with patchwork repairs, and there were many shady people coming and going. Everything was old and seemed poorly maintained. The elevator felt shaky, and we had to ask the front desk to change rooms twice, but all the rooms smelled terrible—like armpits. The sheets were yellowed, the pillows were twisted, and it seemed like no one had actually cleaned them.

We decided not to stay, even though they wouldn’t allow us to cancel the booking. In the end, we booked another place that was $60 more expensive. I deeply regret not reading the Google reviews before booking. Reception in front desk seems to be nice but still can‘t help with this poor experienced.

The hotel is in a good position, close to everything, and is good value as well, as it included parking and breakfast. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, and the room was very clean. I will happily stay again and recommend to anyone wishing a convenient and comfortable accommodation.

This hotel could be so much better if professional cleaning staff were used. The hotel is in desperate need of a good paint and new carpets. Our hotel room was dirty with layers of dust in corners and skirtings and the ledge under the fridge was filthy. We also had to ask for extra towels and crockery as we booked for 4 guests not 2. It's a shame as the hotel is in a central location has on-site parking and included continental breakfast.

For the price per night, the apartments are great for a short term option. Canberra can get quite pricey these days.

Considering you can book this apartment, with free parking and a continental breakfast for until $150, it's a great deal.

The pillows are extremely flat and bed feels like it has nothing too it, however manageable for a quick trip into Canberra.

We were looking for place to stay in Canberra with fair price and that exactly what we got. The interior of the hotel was a bit old and worn, but the rooms were nice and tidy. If you are looking for easy stay with fair place I would definately recommend this place.
