I have been into the store twice since it opened, and both times I was pleasantly surprised by how well the store is laid out and how comfortable I feel in it. I have been served by Nat twice, and both times I have been happy with my purchase! Nat is knowledgeable on your products and she made me feel very welcome each time I visited. She discussed future plans for expansion of the store for which I am very excited. It's about time Kathmandu has some quality competition in this space! A big thumbs to MacPac Rouse Hill,Nat and the whole team, ill definitely recommend this store and I'll be back myself!

Pretty decent shop. It's a small shop so you won't find all clothing series (e.g. alpine series jacket) or color variants. I purchased Macpac online but ended up returning to the store due to incorrect size (they didnt have the same color in my size). They were happy to process the return for online orders. Staff is quite friendly and helpful.

I have visited the new Macpac at Rouse Hill on 3 occasions including its opening weekend. The customer service was exceptional, the staff were friendly and welcoming. They were accommodating and quickly found suitable items to match requests to suit my needs. Two staff of notable mention are Nat and Mel who strived to find the ideal products to meet my requirements. Nat in particular eagerly contacted other stores to locate an item in my size that they did not have in stock and it was at their store within 2 days.

The staff had excellent product knowledge and demonstrated their enthusiasm for their items. The jacket they recommended is the warmest and most comfortable I have worn in a long time.

I highly recommend this store, the high quality customer service and the quality items available.

I went to Rouse hill store today and I was treated as if someone useless has come who would not buy.

The employee name Nat was rolling his eyes & making us feel as why we are here. He literally made fun of us and all the staff present there started laughing.

Head office team : Please see the cameras to verify if you want. Nat was extremely rude.

It’s not that we didn’t make the purchase yes we did on 9/07/2023 @ 3:55 pm.

I promise I feel like crying & will never visit your store again. Nat literally judged us , I promise we have never felt like this ever.

Thank you for listening to us.
