The worst customer service - No reminders sent for times booked - confusing communication - when you try to take up issues with management - they just don't give a toss- Do yourself a favour and don't take your car over unless its essential to do so - unlikely to use this service again

Rude staff, office staff are completely unhinged. Trying to book a trip to the moon would be easier I suppose they are the only way over to the island so they can treat people poorly

New terminal being built but it's still easy to negotiate for whealchairs, drop off area still a little congested at busy times, but only for a short time.

Ferries run aprox every half hour to the 4 Bay islands. Clean facilities, able to purchase tickets on board the ferry. Dogs allowed they must wear a muzzle. Easy access for disabled people.
