We cannot speak highly enough of Mackay Rustic Hire and Events—they were an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. We hired bar stools, festoon and fairy lighting, and wine barrels, and every single item was in fantastic condition. The pieces not only looked stunning but also helped create the perfect atmosphere for our celebration.

Emma was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. From initial inquiries to pick-up and drop-off, everything went smoothly and without a hitch. She made the logistics effortless, which was such a relief during the busy lead-up to the wedding.

What truly blew us away was Emma’s dedication and professionalism when we had an unexpected lighting issue. Even though we were 1.5 hours away in Airlie Beach, she quickly organised a replacement—no fuss, no stress, just fast, reliable help that quite literally saved the night.

Amazing!! Amazing!!! Amazing!!! Hired the Beer Garden Package and some lighting for my Wife's 40th and it looked stunning! Even with the bucket of rain we got on the night the tables where easy to move under cover and it still looked great. Very well priced & great quality products! 100% recommend for any event.
