I don’t even know where to start. This venue is nothing short of PERFECT. We were on the hunt for a wedding venue and found a few that we liked, however nothing really felt like the one. We were told that there would be a spark when we found the one, however we were very sceptical about this. Upon stepping foot in Lyrebird Falls we felt that spark that we had heard about and instantly knew it was the one. The venue is absolutely breathtaking, from the outdoor forest, to the indoor statement window that brings the outdoors inside. Unlike other blank canvas venues, this one already has so much beauty that no effort needs to be made in adding in any further decor. Our wedding coordinator was Issy and she was a dream to work with. She was very accomodating and just about everything we wanted was never a “no” or too much. The staff at Lyrebird Falls made the whole process from start to finish feel like a breeze and with the ease of it all, definitely kept any additional stress off our shoulders. The food on the night was amazing, we received so many compliments not only for the beauty of the location, but for also for the incredible quality of the food. One guest was so impressed, she noted she would love to eat there again if there was the option for it. I also have the mention how great the range of accomodations options that are available for guests just down the road, everything is so close! From our first visit, to menu tasting, to coordinator meetings and the drops off of supplies, everything was so seamless, so much so that we would love to do it all again. I cannot recommend Lyrebird Falls enough and if I could rate them higher than 5 I would!! The venue is absolutely magical, just breathtaking and I will cherish the memories we made there forever!!!!

Could not have picked a better venue for my wedding! The chapel and reception room are so beautiful! And there are so many photo opportunities on site you never have to leave which is super convenient! The staff are so friendly and helpful and wanted to give a shout out to Louise who was our manager on the night and she was impeccable in making sure everything went as planned. Our night went off without a hitch and I can not thank the team enough for helping in create our dream day 🤍

Everyone at Lyrebird Falls is so welcoming and collaborative. I felt really comfortable & included whilst officiating a wedding here recently. The grounds are just beautiful with fantastic photo ops. There's an outdoor gazebo or a stunning stained-glass window chapel indoors for ceremonies.

To say Lyrebird Falls stunned and delighted us is an understatement! When we first found out we could have our ceremony outdoors in the beautiful gardens under the gazebo and continue our festivities on the same property, we were thrilled. The reception space was charming and intimate and was decorated elegantly and we booked the day we first saw the beautiful estate!

My husband and I were not in the least bit disappointed by the wonderful experience we had with staff and coordinators on the day and we would highly recommend them to anyone we know getting married in the Dandenong Ranges. Our family and friends spoke highly of the venue, staff and the food and commented that everything was absolutely exquisite!

Lyrebird Falls was a fantastic wedding venue. From the reception to the ceremony this venue was absolutely beautiful with the most wonderful, helpful and professional team. Helen especially was incredible, she helped run our wedding on the night and made sure it went by without any issues and left me not having to worry about a thing and just let me enjoy my day. Couldn't recommend Lyrebird Falls enough!

Our wedding at Lyrebird Falls was an absolute dream. We loved it as soon as we walked in for our first tour and the staff sealed the deal with their friendliness, professionalism and knowledge of the industry. Throughout planning they responded promptly to all our questions and went out of their way to make sure we had the information we needed to plan our day. The tasting event we attended to help us decide on our menu was amazing, and we would have been happy to serve everything we tasted.
We met with our allocated wedding coordinator, Jess, via Zoom (at our request) about a month before our wedding, and she made sure we had a shared understanding of how our day would go, prompting us to think about things that weren't even on our radar. Jess was the perfect mix of warm and professional, and put us at ease that our day was in good hands.
It rained on the day of our wedding, and we made a last-minute decision to move our ceremony from the outdoor gazebo to the indoor chapel. Both ceremony spaces are absolutely gorgeous, so there was no hesitation in making this change, and Jess and her team made it happen for us. Jess also acted as our MC for the evening, ensuring that our reception ran smoothly. She and the team made sure to check in with us periodically, to let us know what was coming up and check if we had any questions/requests.
Our guests were raving all night about the food that was served. Vegetarians in particular seemed rapt that as much care and effort had been put into their food as the meat-eaters, and they didn't feel like an afterthought. The items we chose from the menu were the tortellini and the calamari salad for entree, and the rosemary lamb and confit duck for mains, with the tortellini and a vegetable curry for the vegetarian options. We opted for the dessert platters that people could snack on during open dancing, which were also a hit.
We had initially opted for a guard of honour exit, but towards the end of the night Jess approached us to let us know that they had found some spare sparklers in the back if we wanted to use them for a sparkler exit. This made the end of our night just that little bit more special, and we appreciated the thought.
Overall, our experience with Lyrebird Falls was them going above and beyond to make sure our wedding was perfect, and my only regret is that (fingers crossed!) I will never have occasion to use their services again. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for an intimate wedding in beautiful rainforest surrounds.

We had the best wedding day we could have imagined.
Lyrebird Falls is a true gem. It is such a beautiful venue, in such a gorgeous location. The staff were so incredible, and the standard of the service we received was second to none. Our coordinator Ebony was so amazing, answering any question we had so quickly, hosting us for our wedding rehearsal, setting up our bits and pieces and truly making sure we had the best day ever. We didn't have to think about a thing, and everything ran so smoothly.
The food was incredible, the ambiance was so special for our ceremony, and the reception really allowed for a party atmosphere. I didn't know the lights changed, and when they changed during the dancing, it was such a fun surprise.

Perfect venue, for a perfect day!
