I recently had a reiki & breath work session with Brooke that left me speechless. I entered the session incredibly stressed, feeling emotionally overwhelmed, heavy and exhausted. After our session, I was so much lighter, actually felt like smiling and at ease with all the current stressors. She was incredibly gentle, warm and nourishing and I can't recommend her enough!

I wasn't sure what to make of the retreat at first since ive never done anything like it nor have I ever left my 3 kids (under 5yrs) and husband for 3 days..

On arrival to a breathtaking waterfront welcomed by brooke and her amazing team i was able to relax and reset.

I quickly learnt it was a liquid detox which i was open for the challenge (yet it wasnt as hard as i thought it would be).
It was all about breaking out of my comfort zone that weekend. We experienced ice baths, yoga, breath work, workshops, sound baths and more.

I believe it was just what I needed to break out of my bad food habits and to build a stronger sense of self control.

I recently did a weekend retreat with Brooke at Luxe Wellness Retreats.
Brook had a scheduled plan and executed it well. We did activities like, yoga, meditation, sound healing, ice baths, one on one coaching and spiritual healing, massages etc.
The sessions were at times guided by a third party, which would have been tricky to co-ordinate all times not colliding.

We had a small intimate group, where there were moments of discomfort but I felt supported by everyone, participants inclusive.
We had moments of reflection and stillness, time to be together or alone.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and our time together.
Brooke has the kindest heart and a gentle soul, I couldn't imagine a retreat experience without her.

Lucy's food, in-house chef - absolutely to D I E for, full of all the good nourishing things.. I tried a few things I wouldn't normally reach for, but I'm glad I did. I offered to move in with her many times.
Lucy has a restaurant, "The Shop and Wine Bar", I haven't yet ventured out but it's on my to-go list.
Both Michael, Brookes partner and Lucy participated in all activities, gave it all ago, showed vulnerability, and allowed you to do the same. Michael was also a part-time handy man, the behind the scenes go to problem solver.

The retreat was everything I wanted and needed, I didn't have any expectations but for the future, my bar is set high.
Thank you for all that you guys did and do, it was truly an honour working on myself alongside you.

If you are hesitant in booking a retreat, Luxe Wellness Retreats, is the perfect place to take yourself; the groups are maxed, so you're not lost in a huge crowd and you're given the opportunity to be seen and heard. You are also given the opportunity to be with yourself, if that's what you are looking for, you are not forced to do anything you don't want to do.

I recently spent a day with Brooke doing her amazing Wellness days. The entire experience was thoughtfully curated, combining meditation, breath-work, reiki, massage, and an infrared sauna session, all of which left me feeling completely rejuvenated and centered.

The day was very well thought out and included delicious nibbles and nourishing food - every detail, from the ambiance to the thoughtful touches, contributed to an overall atmosphere of serenity and well-being.

I left the wellness day feeling completely revitalised, both physically and mentally and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to recharge and reconnect with themselves. Thank you Brooke x

Just spent an amazing weekend with Brooke and her great team of people. Everyone was so lovely, kind and supportive. I feel so calm and restored after what’s been a very stressful few years.

The retreat was set amongst a beautiful retreat with privacy, tranquility, lush gardens, and outdoor heated pool and spa on the Central Coast. The catering was also amazing, we were treated to delicious healthy dishes at every meal.

Not just an ordinary health retreat, but a wholistic retreat to help you get back your inner self and reset.

I had such a lovely time. Met so many lovely people. More relaxed than I have been in years. Has made me realise I need to do a lot more for myself and will make time to get away to retreats like this more often.

Highly recommend taking the time out of your busy schedule and attend Brooke’s retreats. It’s a well deserved investment in yourself.
