Sally is wonderful, not only is she professional and an expert at what she does, she has been exceptional during these unfortunate COVID times. My husband and I booked a European honeymoon and we were set to travel in June for 5 weeks. Unfortunately we’ve had to postpone our trip which has been an emotional time for us but Sally has been so responsive and fantastic to deal with. She has been so understanding and provided a full refund - no questions asked! We will definitely go through Sally again at Luxe Traveller and I can’t wait for Sally to organise our dream holiday again. I Highly recommend booking your holiday with Sally.

Highly recommend Sally at LUXE Traveller & Co who helped organise a trip for myself and a group of my girlfirends to celebrate a milestone birthday. Flights and accommodation to Bali including an amazing Villa were all taken care of. No question was ever too much trouble. We had the most amazing time and will look to Sally to organise the next milestone birthday celebration!

Do not book your holiday or air travel with Jacqui Keating from J Luxe traveller.. I would suggest you look elsewhere and find an honest travel agent who will actually help you.. I would never recommend Miss Keating or J Luxe Travel after our experience.
