What was a 5 star review for LTD is now a 1 star review for Andy's. I've rented (or attempted to) twice since they changed ownership. The first time the staff had changed the date of my booking so there was no vehicle available upon collection - they agreed to give me a discount on the next booking, however that didnt happen. Due to this I was avoiding them, however I gave them another chance - regrettably. The lady that managed the desk was incredibly rude, because I had planned to park the van on the street overnight before returning it in the morning. After being told "you can't park it on the street, it's not safe", I responded saying that it's too big to fit in undercover car parks, where should I park it? She just barked at me and later hung up on me when she called to ask what time the vehicle was getting returned despite it not yet due.

With LTD this was never an issue, they allowed after hours returns and the were always great and the rates were better. If this review affects LTD, please respond and I will remove it as its only relevant to the new company at the premises - Andy's Auto Rental.

Awesome value and service. Best price for a commuter van hire. Nice new look looking 12 seater van hire was about $170 for 24 hours. I used it as a party bus for my son's birthday. It was perfect. The staff were efficient and friendly, really appreciated their helpfulness. Returning the car was a breeze with a self return option at a time that works for you. Highly recommended.

I was a repeat customer as previously I had a great experience, I received my invoice today to find the fuel being noted at 7/8 as you can see from the picture added this is what I do when I return every hire car or truck as some unscrupulous people like to try to rip off the inexperienced. I phoned straight away and was told I was 8ltrs short 🤦‍♂️ I have never had someone blatantly lie on the phone and if being this much over full (as the picture shows) is classed as 1/8 under full I can’t win. I won’t be using this company again in the future for any rentals. I subject caution to anyone thinking about it. I’ve attached the second picture which clearly shows less fuel when I received it. I take photos of before and after as I hate being ripped off by greedy companies/persons. The 3 star were for the vehicle as it was a good truck. The after sales or invoicing has a lot to answer for. Renter beware

Wow first time ever I seen who is showing genuine interest with customers. From the start to end their work was amazing. They patiently explained about the vehicle how it works what to do and not do . Down to earth service from staff . The vehicle performance and especially the aircon is amazing . Every one enjoyed the trip . Very flexible in terms . Is there a way can we give more than 5 star then I will for sure

Great customer service from everyone who works here.
All the vehicles are very well maintained and exactly what they say they are. I have used all of their heavy vehicles as well as their utes. And every time, i have been pleased with the price service and vehicles.
The yard and location of Ltd are extremely easy to find and access. I can say that street parking is very limited if you need to leave a car there ask to leave it in the yard they are always happy to help.

Thanks for excellent service we received. The vehicle was immaculate and very professional presented. Dealing with LTD Bus & Truck Rentals staff was very easy. Emails were replied in a reasonable time frame and everyone was very friendly and helpful to deal with. They went above and beyond to help us with what we wanted.

We will certainly use them again when we come back up and will recommend them to friends and family
