I usually never give any bad reviews, but this travel agent has stuffed up my mums ticket and has had to go through so much to get back from a country experiencing war, all because he stuffed up her return ticket. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and gave him time to fix his wrong but he kept stringing me along in regards to the refund of the difference. I do not recommend using his services. The amount of emotional and financial distress he has caused my mother is disgusting.
He has been stringing me along for the past 8 weeks for a refund. He thinks I have not dealt with Qatar previously and know how quick their processing times are. Everytime I ask for the booking contact number and other details to speak directly with Qatar and I’m happy to complete the refund on my own, he ignores me.
This man is beyond a joke and treats me as if I’m in the wrong and he knows better than me.
No amount of words can describe what he has put my mum and I through. Strongly do not recommend.

As appears from it's name, Loyal travel is a very loyal Travel Agency with professional travel agents providing the best possible travel services to every corner and destination of this planet [continuous ... and even across - the planets, galaxies and beyond!!! ... this part of my humour sensation I wrote this last funny bit in brackets].

Last night our flight was cancelled due to the typhoons in Shanghai, loyal travel agency team helped us to reschedule our flight and fly as quick as they could.

i am not one to leave reviews but this company is absolutely terrible. we booked through them for our first trip overseas. the person who booked our flights is Noor. he never confirmed our tickets and we all struggled to get on a flight from each state we went to. i was at the airport and was told by the flight attendant that our tickets aren’t confirmed, i then contacted Noor and got through to him after trying to call over 10 times. i explained the situation to him and got yelled at on the phone saying he apparently did everything correctly on his end which wasn’t the case. hours later he sent a new itinerary which had confirmed our flights to get back home. never received a call or email from him apologising to me after the way he spoke to me. imagine your first time travelling overseas and this issue arises. absolutely terrible company and very rude staff.
