I would not send my worst enemy here. What a horrid place. My poor father had to spend 6 nights there before we finally were able to move him to another hospital. Poor treatment to the point where his chart was mixed up with another patients, the food was awful and on many occasions only got part of what he ordered, his bed was directly under a long old window that covered most of the wall and it had no blind or curtain on it and the end window was jammed open slightly letting cold air in, the window in the bathroom wouldn’t shut as it was also jammed. The nights were cold so it was very unpleasant. When asked about a curtain or blind on the window my father was dismissed by the nurse and told he would have to speak to someone else about it tomorrow. He also asked if he could have another pillow and was told no they had no more. When he arrived he was left for two days before they redressed the wound on his leg and that was only after we asked why it wasn’t done and to do it. The place should not be running it should be shut down it is not fit for anyone to be staying there. And the nursing staff need to take a good hard look at their nursing skills. If I could give 0 stars I would. I will also be complaining to the HCCC.

Thank you Longueville Private Hospital for taking care of me while I stayed as an inpatient a while back. The staff were so kind and caring. They helped me get my confidence back up to get back home. Subsequently I attended the 6 week outpatient rehab program which was excellent. I cannot thank all the staff there enough for their dedication, support and encouragement in increasing my strength, mobility, confidence. Nothing was too much trouble.

Special mention to Maureen in the office, you were very compassionate and helpful, and to the Director, Manju you have a first class team working in your hospital. I wish you all the very best for the future.

Exceptional care, I can't speak highly enough of Longueville Private Hospital. They have a very professional team. Every nurse, doctor, physio and staff member went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and well cared for. The facility was great, the food was delicious. It felt more like a hotel than a hospital at times.
It has made the biggest difference in my recovery with the progression to outpatient physio program. The physio's are outstanding, knowledgeable, encouraging and focused on helping me achieve real progress. I've seen constant improvements thanks to their support and guidance.
Thank you Longueville Private hospital for making what could have been a difficult experience I to something truly positive.

Very grateful for the care my mum received from the allied health team during her rehab stay at the hospital. From my observations, the physiotherapists were attentive and professional, striking a thoughtful balance between kind, empathetic encouragement and the discipline needed to support her recovery. The occupational therapists were detailed and thorough in their assessments, and their guidance was especially helpful in preparing for her transition back home, including specific advice on mobility aids. We truly appreciated the kindness and support shown by the allied health professionals at the hospital during what was a very challenging time for my mum and the family.

I experienced a broken ankle which required surgery, a 7 weeks in a cast and non weight baring. I spent a few days at Longueville Private Hospital. I was made aware of the outpatient’s rehab program. After my cast was removed I started my road to recovery. The team at Longueville Rehabilitation Private Hospital are very supportive and helpful. I attend 2 or 3 days a week, my progress has been significant and I have regained my strength and confidence.
I have had targeted sessions for my requirements. Thank you Doris for recommending this program. Victoria and Jeremy are great.

I suffered fractures and soft tissue impacts, due to an accident. The team at the Longueville Private Hospital and its Rehabilitation Centre has been key to my good recovery. The Centre has the right equipment and tools. The team members, including physiotherapists and exercise physiologists, are professional, knowledgeable, and really nice people. Without their guidance and support, I would not have achieved such a good outcome. A special mention goes to Doris and Jeremy. A big ‘thank you’ to you both, and to the rest of the team. I would recommend the LPH Wellness Rehabilitation Centre to anyone without any hesitation. They know what is good for their clients, and help us achieve the best results possible.

A complete and utter disgrace. Let me be clear, if you love your elderly family members, don’t even think about leaving them at this ‘facility’. Like something out of the 1960s, with the front door kept open with an Aldi catalog. Yep. Perfect metaphor really. My mother was admitted here after a fall. Reality is Macquarie health just want your family’s $1000 per day, and in return they offer abhorrent conditions No rehab over Easter, no doctors, no ibuprofen.. quite frankly, still in shock. To suggest ANYONE would benefit to any degree from staying here is absurd. I feel for the nurses who in fairness did their best. But to Macquarie health, some advice: brief your lawyers.
