Only reason a second star is the location which has much fresh beauty for walking through and quiet place nice and secluded PS felt id THOUGHT I'd made decent friends with a few neighbours, UNTIL 'somone' moved here after me and badly used and abused me & likely other residents to and hopefully left or better evicted since.

Despite this, some little while ago felt like giving this place another shot to rent a cabin in as you can 'apparently be eligibily free to return here if in need be' and I'd thought id id spent to shorter time here and be happy reconnect with couple of ppl i met here for personally hating the location I currently live , HOWEVER Deb the magager seemed like other ppl have experienced was pretty f'ing RUDE in enquirin this by just 1stly. Doing the rude thing of not even contacting you if ya not successful & 2ndly. Making this vague, undermined, outrageous accusation stating "my rent wasn't paid" seriously sounding like LIES as if I'd never paid?
ABSOLUTE BS!!.. Of course I HAD and likely missed by accident couple of times of anything, yet really?! Anything else need tell me be more CIVIL in depth of HONESTY! Instead of f'ing CONDEMN in words implying "the successful applicant has a better rental history and works full-time" ALL for sake of being judgemental, arrogant and pissin people off to make her job less boring!

Swear this place has changed ownership as owner I remember was nice as feel why now Deb feels far less lenient & obligated to be kinder IF like the in the covid years, over my time here even well BEFORE then I swear; 'Not working FT or at all with ample income, in domestic hardship and in financial hardship and with no pets' (as THAT policy here is rarer, but reasonable, still could've been rectified with right sort'a land development) & was focused to THIS criteria! Few ppl I met here did happen to work FT and had shorter stays than me, also half the residents ere long-term unemployed, just about old enough to retire just work PT or Casual!

Anyone working FT, ample income with bigger long term goals, easy for you to look at somewhere ELSE in the area just as good, better space, more suited in THESE times.

Time THIS Place had bit of an upgrade - 'The Manager'!!...

Applied for cabin rental. Provided all information such as drivers licence payslips etc and received a generic email response. However after that never heard a word from them again. Extremely poor service.
Their response is a lie I earn plenty of income the generic email response was a confirmations. If you want these scammers to have your personal information without a reply go ahead. Funny it took them two minutes to respond to a poor review but can’t respond to an application.

My partner and I have been living in a two bedroom cabin for two weeks now. We have found both the reception and maintenance team to be very helpful. Any issues that have needed to be fixed were done quickly and efficiently. Amenities are clean and the park itself is clearly well maintained. Reasonable prices and a friendly community, definitely recommend this place for people looking for cheap rent in a safe and secure location.

Safe & quite at good value. I have been living in a 2 bedroom cabin for 6 months with no issues at all and my 2 young sons especially enjoy the well maintained kids playground that is onsite.

Straight off the freeway for a safe, respectful and clean accommodation with a custom bus route and bus stop out front.||(The park has progressed a great deal in terms of the Cabin Facilities since I last visited over twenty years ago)- from fantastic lighting and heating in the bathroom to gas cooking, reasonably sized fridge/freezer and modern interior paints and finishes, making cleaning up a breeze...||||Use your phone to pay for washing and drying machines then I relax in the highly functional lounge or bedroom.||||I hope this helps!

Great place. Good mix of people. Has a pool and kids play ground which is always clean and tidy. Great cabins for short, medium, long term stays. Staff are great always friendly and helpful....
