We stayed there on two seperate occasions a few years ago. Could not fault either place. Clean with breakfast provisions adequate for our needs. Canoeing on the lake was idyllic and peaceful. Owners were friendly, informative and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend it.

Place was okay. It needed a few things that we had to buy like fly spray to kill the spiders in the rooms and many insects, paper towel and toilet paper. The main bedroom, the bed was to big for the room to walk around without banging into the bed end corners and the bedside lights didn't work. The location was nice by the river, but not exactly private.

Was expecting / hoping for a quiet getaway down by the river. Although the location was quite nice, we didn't realise that the 'shack' was actually a walled off part of a larger shed. The only windows were the glass door entry and a small window in the rear bedroom. Can appreciate that we were on a vineyard property, but didn't realise we would have to listen to pumps in use and the owner coming to get machinery out of the adjoining shed while we were there. General housekeeping was poor - light in the lounge room didn't work, bedside lights in the main bedroom didn't work, no insect spray (needed), no paper towel in the kitchen, limited toilet paper and soap for showering. Bed in the main room was comfy but too large for the room. We found ourselves constantly banging our legs on the sharp corners of the bed end as we maneuvered between it and the large cupboard. Probably a good place for a family, with canoes provided and nice lawned area by the river, but sadly we won't be going back.

Robbie at Loch Luna Eco Stay is a true gentleman. We had to cancel our booking because of an extreme heat event and he treated us very well. We will definitely stay at this place in the future.
