Staff were easy to deal with & very helpful. I wanted to get away from the doom & gloom of covid lockdowns to Fiji after it opened up, and they were able to organize a great package deal for us to stay 5 nights at Warwick resort. On one of the days they also organized a driver & trek to an amazing waterfall with local Fijians - much cheaper than the hotels rates for the same thing! This was a highlight. No brainer great deals & had an amazing time. Would use these guys again for my next trip!

We got a great deal with flights and accommodation to fiji also 3 meals a day included for the whole family

Very good customer service!
we had an amazing trip to Fiji and staying at Intercontinental. Originally we were supposed to fly in March, but my husband ended up being covid positive at the airport when did the pcr test there (at that time it was a requirement). Even though it was in the middle of the night, they answered and managed everything for us to get the flights, transfers, accommodation etc. moved. There were a few small issues at the resort and these guys managed to get them resolved for us smoothly. I would recommend LXC to anyone planning their trip to Fiji.

My husband and I were first time travellers and we were extremely nervous booking our honeymoon. Thanks to the good blokes at Local X Connect, our worries and fears went out the plane (lol). They managed to organise our trip from start to finish and everything in between.

They were on call our whole trip, making sure we were satisfied with our experience. We even called them at 4am Australian time and they happily answered and rectified our worries. We didn’t a very high budget, but they definitely helped us create the trip of our lives.

One of the best customer service experiences I have had with a travel agency. Staff are very friendly and patient, they are very accomadating and take the time to get you the best deal out there.
