This place is in a great location and has a nice back yard, with it's own jetty that is great for a swim in the inlet, but unfortunately that's where the positives end.

The house is old, and other than the bathroom and some floating floor, it has not been renovated since it was built, which is probably in the 1970's or earlier. The furniture is all old and hodge podge, some of the furniture had stains on it and all of the chairs around the kitchen table were all so old that there were coming apart. All the lights are fluorescent in the living areas. The kitchen is also small and dated.

The interior is quite dark and the house also was not very clean. Some of the walls were dirty and there was dust all over the skirting. We also had to supply our own toilet paper and were asked to wipe down the bathroom before we left, however there were no cleaning products to do this.

In short, for the money we paid (over $1200 for three nights) this place was a disgrace and we would never come back. If I owned it, I would be ashamed to rent it out in its current state.
