Great for educating adults and older kids but some interactive educational stuff for littler kids would be great, my 3 y/o had fun in the grounds spotting the animal carvings.

What a wonderful experience my guide was very knowledgeable and approachable he really taught me a lot and encouraged us to ‘walk together’ into the future. The exceptional importance of the cultural place, the stories that tell of knowledge and Lore, the Scar Tree and the Bush Oven show the knowledge and ingenuity of Kaurna past and present gave me much optimism about the future guided well by new emerging leaders. Thank you!!!

The journey through Australia's rich cultural tapestry took our visiting Chinese students to the Living Kaurna Cultural Centre, where they delved into the ancient art of storytelling. Guided by knowledgeable instructors, they learned about the significance of symbols in Aboriginal stories and how these narratives have been passed down through generations. The students then had the chance to paint their own stories on boomerangs, expressing their creativity and newfound understanding. The day concluded with a lesson in boomerang throwing, where they practiced this traditional skill under expert guidance. This immersive experience offered a profound appreciation of Aboriginal culture and its enduring legacy.

We enjoyed the sunset symphony here recently, a great night out with Marion Council and Adelaide Symphony Orchestra doing a wonderful job of entertaining thousands. If they repeat the event, highly recommend you attend. Beautiful wine by Patritti Wines too.
