Any issues during my stay were promptly addressed with a solution provided on the same day. The furnishings are of high quality, and all bills are included, which is quite rare for non-student dormitory houses. The apartment environment and roommates are pleasant, and I have had no issues with the quality of shared roommates. Moreover, the refund process was quick, and my deposit was returned within 2 days.
