Might have been good a few years ago BUT with the COVID dilemma they are on reduced hours, do not have staff that know the business and are generally sloppy. They reserved seats without my consultation, I made it very clear I wanted extra luggage on my trip to America, only to be told 5 days prior it was not possible on my booking, now looks like I have to pay $600.00 extra. They never responded to my email and now I am left floundering without time as I have to work every day prior to leaving. I thought booking with a travel agent would be seamless, not so. I so wish I had booked myself. Added stress to a already stressful situation. Sorry guys but never again

A huge thanks to the girls for organizing a wonderful cruise for my family. They went above and beyond to make sure we had the time of our lives. From choosing the cruise, booking extra activities and parking, they looked after everything.
