cannot walk around this store without being followed, every time i grab an item they take it out of my hands to put it in a basket. absolutely no personal space or freedom in this store, employees are rude and talk about customers thinking they can’t hear them. lady at the register was nice though.

They are selling the medicine almost expired. The doctor prescribed medicine on 15th October. The medicine will be expired in November

The women kept following me around the store, they were disrespectful and kept snatching the products out of my hand whenever I asked for help. They were rude and made my shopping experience very uncomfortable.

The current proprietor Vincent is a very kind and humble man. He was helpful in setting up a new child vaccine appointment when original didn’t show in their system, because of system error. Thanks.

They have a good range of vitamins here and all the usual chemist items. Fairly packed into the store with not a whole lot of room to move about with often prams in there.
Staff tended to be distracted talking to each other at the counter instead of helping but they didn't take too long before coming to help.

The service is very average at this store if I’m being honest. Today I tried to use Afterpay in store because they have signs up that indicate that you can and no one knew how to do it and when it declined and my Afterpay app said they don’t have it set up, no one could give me an answer or figure out what to do despite having all of the signage and the site saying Afterpay can be used at this store, very frustrating that no one even wanted to find out or help, they just simply said that they had never done it before and that it was an issue with my bank. I personally would go to another chemist like ‘mychemist’ in box hill for better service.

I just gotten my Covid-19 Booster 4th dose today. I was surprised I was able to book my appointment for today. This was very important for me, as I work in Aged Care. I was able to go in and out quickly.
