The place is very quaint and nice. Although the apartment is attached to the house of the managers, you feel absolute privacy as your entrance is totally opposite theirs. |Very well equipped with everything except a blender but I have seen that many many places don’t put in a blender, maybe liability? In any case, you name it …it has it. |Extra towels. All shampoo and body wash, pillows, fireplace, AC, dishwasher, etc. |really comfy and very well insulated, it was 41 outside and although hot inside, never a boiling place and cooled down fast with the ac and not having to blast it full speed. |Well located if you want to visit vineyards and wineries. Lovely host, responsive and amicable. |0 complaints. Lots of info about the area nice welcome treats. |We had a lovely time. |Also close to Wilunga if you need groceries etc. ||We will definitely come back if I’m the area

Stayed here for 2 nights and absolutely loved it! Well-maintained property with gorgeous views over the vineyard. A very convenient location if you’d like to check McLaren Vale wineries and beautiful beaches. A short drive to Port Eliot & Victor Harbour. The hospitality of the owners is next level!!!

Wowee! We were attending a wedding at Fleurieu Cherries nearby and decided to make a long weekend out of it, and boy am I glad we did! Linger Longer was the perfect home away from home for our mother/daughter trip. We stayed in the Ochre cottage which is towards the back of the property. ||||Before we even arrived we received some very clear and easy directions and instructions on accessing the home. Rosemary kept in touch in the days leading up to our stay. On arrival we were pleasantly surprised with the air-conditioning running, a gift of local Fruchocs and a bottle of the family made wine. We were also provided tea, coffee, sugar, bottle of fresh milk and water, and apples grown on site.||||The amenities are great. The bed and the pull-out sofa are both very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised about how warm the home was at night, which made for very comfortable and deep sleeps! The kitchen is spacious and has all the essentials that you need if you wanted to cook at home.||||Rosemary and Rick both checked on us, the first night to make sure everything was OK and the next day to let us know they were going to do some picking of the vineyard the next day.||||This was honestly the perfect home base. It is very central. Every where we wanted to explore was 10-15minutes in either direction. And then we could come home and relax. ||||Hot tip if you're driving at night, Linger Longer is just under a street light, it was a great signpost when we were on our way home at night. ||||The coffee shop, Flower Cellar Door, about 300m around the corner was great to grab a morning coffee. If you get stuck for ideas on what to do or eat, the handy guide provided definitely gave us the perfect recommendation to grab a take away Italian pizza (Sicily Mare) to sit out the front of the cottage and enjoy the wine at sunset.||||Thank you Rosemary! We cannot rave enough about our stay. We will definitely be coming back here should we find ourselves in McLaren Vale again.

My wife and I stayed here as we had her sister's wedding nearby but we decided to stay a few extra nights. We were friendly greeted when we arrived.||It was an easy find and off the main road so noise from the traffic wasn't an issue. The room was simple and cozy, but had everything we needed for cooking our own meals.||The weather was in the high 30s-low 40s (I think) at the time so spent a lot of time staying in the room to escape the heat so the pool came in very handy.||I wouldn't necessarily call it a farm stay if that's the kind of experience you were possibly looking for but we weren't after anything like that.||Close to Mclaren Vale, Aldinga beach or Noarlunga if your prefer and Willunga is a pretty little hills town to wander around too.||Thanks for the stay.

We stayed two nights at Linger Longer. It is spacious offering a lounge room and separate bedroom and kitchen. It has a beautiful aspect with doors to north, east and west. We had breakfast food supplied which we cooked. Close to Willing township. Not modern but homely with a fire place. Rosemary was friendly and accommodated our needs without being intrusive.

A one bedroom "apartment" that is palatial. ||||Great lounge, dining area. Two recliners and a huge sofa which converts to a bed if needed. Big log fire which would be very inviting in winter. Fresh roses on the dining table, including the beautifully fragrant Mr Lincoln. Also fruit, fresh from the garden in a bowl on the coffee table. Air conditioning was very welcome in the heat of February. Kept the place comfortably cool. ||||Well equipped kitchen, full size fridge, four hot plates and microwave. Another bowl of fruit in the kitchen. BBQ on the lovely private terrace at the front of the property overlooking the garden, fruit trees, and shiraz vines. ||||Huge bedroom, comfy bed, good size wardrobe and a full length mirror. Sliding door opens onto a terrace beyond which is the pool. ||||Bathroom with double shower (great for romantic get away). Light and airy. Fresh flowers, in this case Jasmine by the wash basin. ||||We arrived on a really hot day and our host (Rosemary) had put the air conditioning on prior to our arrival so the place was cool. A lovely touch and much appreciated. Quirky collection of LPs (yes, vinyl) and audio cassettes. Free wifi. ||||Close to the pretty village of Willunga and only minutes away from all the delights of McLaren Vale, yet remote enough to be peaceful and serene. ||||Rosemary is a delightful woman and makes you very welcome but doesn't intrude.||||Highly recommended.

My wife and I popped in here for a quick weekend getaway recently and had a very enjoyable weekend.||||The room was clean and comfortable and everything worked. The best feature of all though was the open fireplace, which was the main reason that we chose to stay here. When we first arrived the fireplace was loaded and ready to be lit, and the next day, while we were out and about, a wheelbarrow full of wood for night two was left on our door step.||||The room featured a kitchen, a lounge / dine, a bedroom and a bathroom.||||We purchased the self catering option, which quite frankly worked fine for us - as Willunga is just a short drive down the road and there are plenty of breakfast opportunities there, including the Saturday morning Willunga markets.||||The property is well situated also to McLaren Vale and Aldinga, as well as a myriad of wineries.||||Just be aware, that if you are after a rustic romantic cottage B&B nestled alone amongst the vineyards, this is not the choice for you. The B&B unit is attached to the main home on the property but has its own entrance and is very private. Other than greeting us when we arrived, we didn't see the owners and were left to ourselves.||||Free wi-fi was provided but was a little flaky. ||||My only criticisms of the property are that it felt a little dated and could probably use some newer fittings, and I am not sure why you have a B&B when breakfast comes at an addition cost. As I said, this worked OK for us, but a B&B without breakfast is really just a room and not a B&B at all.||||Overall though, we had a pleasant stay and I'd happily recommend this spot.
