The Motel is located roughly 10kms from the heart of the city. Arndale shopping centre is across the main road. The staff are happy, helpful and kind. There is very little traffic noise in the rooms. Our breakfast was delivered nightly, the bed was warm and comfortable and the towels are nice. Housekeeping came each morning to see if we needed anything. Dad and I had a great stay and recommend the hotel very highly. Thank you 😊

Manager and maintenance man go above and beyond for anything and everything, don't trust all reviews you read come see for yourself. Jamie is a complete asset to the business fulfilling tasks within and without his job. He is the kind of gentleman that if he only had 1 sandwich he would give you half. He is not only a gentleman at heart he is also a family man and it shows in the way he handles families. From the bottom of our hearts thank you from the Vella family 🙏

I was put here for emergency accomodation. People break the rules. Smoke ciggies and pot in their room it goes thro all the air vents and all in everyone’s rooms. Manager didn’t really care until the smoke alarm went off. Rooms are clean but cleaners smell like ciggies. Spent $40
For food in dining room to be given some weird stuff I didn’t order. Manager is nice. Told me not to make friends for my own safety. Walls are filthy , holes in walls , fly screens pushed out due to people smoking in their rooms. With a lot of money , time and renovations this could be bought back to a decent place and chose wisely who they have there but I don’t recommend at all and do not have children there.

My daughter (2.5) and I were placed in this motel for emergency accommodation. At first, things seemed okay and I was even commended on my ability to be respectful and abide by all rules until I was taken in to a room alone by the property owner and told I had been smoking in my room as they found an ashtray. I was placing my butts in my own ashtray as there wasn’t one provided outside. I was berated and belittled by the owner which reduced me to tears then moved upstairs. My belongings were moved for me without my knowledge and they threw away my food items from the fridge instead of transferring them to the new room. My door has no chain on it and when housekeeping enter the room due to no answer (if you’re sleeping, showering or in the toilet) they do not lock the door behind them. I am now left feeling uncomfortable, unsafe and afraid that I’m going to be evicted every time I see a staff member. Do not book here willingly especially if you have children.

We booked in for 2 nights as I had an overnight stay in Q.E.H. upon enquiring re booking a room with single beds due to my severe medical problems Sam explained they did not have a twin single beds room ; but he kindly offerred a room with a king bed and a sofa bed. - room 1. on arrival Jamie was very kind and offerred his assistance if I had any problems our just to phone and let him know. His kindness to a lady in her seventies was very much appreciated.||The room was so clean it looked like it had been newly renovated. the beds were ultra comfortable. We have nothing but praise for this motel and would happily recommend it to any travellers looking for accommodation. We have travelled extensivelly in our retirement . and this motel ranks as one of the best we have sayed in

I have resided in lindy lodge motel for 5 months now with 2 teenage boys nothing I could complain about management are helpful well spoken and kind all done with a smile. House keeping come daily to help with any needs u have with bathroom bed changing to cleaning and again all done with kindness and a smile. Maintenance is quick to attend any issues u have in ur room so yes I would recommend lindy lodge motel to anyone who needs a quiet joyful and happy place to stay I'm still a customer staying at lindy lodge after 5 months with no problems and with nice lovely staff all round I've had breakdowns and management was there to assist I've had maintenance done asap the same day and cleaning staff spot on with everything I've needed in housekeeping all staff have kind hearts and work with u to your needs I would recommend this motel to anyone who needs a roof over there head or even just a quiet weekend away❤️❤️
