I cannot thank Annette enough for her amazing service. Not only did she assist me over the phone Initially with my purchase, and nothing was too much trouble, she went absolutely above & beyond when Australia Post lost my parcel. I’m so absolutely grateful for all her assistance.

Love it here. Alwaya stop on our way down the mountain. Specialty shops and a great cafe with playground for kids and alfresco dining. Food and coffee are always great.

They normally have what I need. They have a fantastic range of trims and buttons. In fact their range of trims is second to none. I'm very impressed. I am not however impressed with their range of fabrics. Other than poplin and homespun, they have only a huge range of ugly synthetics with only occasional nice flannel, twill or quilting fabrics. To be honest if you are looking for quilting fabrics you are better off going to spotlight.

Not a bad shop from a blokes point of view. There are items in there that are super handy for the DIY enthusiasts, stencils for painting lures, brushes, pens, packaging, plus stickers for small business forays.
Well worth the visit.

Sadly gone drastically downhill since the past few years. My last visit/ experience in early May 23 was so negative ( on many fronts) that I won't be back. Sad to witness customers being treated with outright rudeness, disinterest and contempt by Lincraft employee "Eve". Very offputting. The once enticing, stylish range has gone to pot and looks cheap, messy, filled with rubbish, reminiscent of a cheap bargain store like a $2 shop. But still asking premium prices. Regardless, I went straight to Spotlight Armidale, shopped up a storm and enjoyed their friendly, helpful and professional customer service. The range is fantastic at Spotlight and I spent far more than originally planned, but I love my new sewing machine and the beautiful fabrics I found at Spotlight.

Although being both a Scientific and Artistic person, I often come up with many home high technology additions and decorator ideas..BUT KNOW NOTHING ABOUT Curtains, Sewing or best Fabrics to use. Know masses of info about the Chemical composition of Synthetics, Synthetic Dyes and there manufacture....but not this area of expertise.

I wish to thank one of the staff members at Lincraft in Armidale. She gave me her time to educate me very well in about 20 minutes. Imparting huge amounts of her many years of knowledge.

Purchased two very long lengths of nicely coloured glass shimmering Organza to drape from the ceiling down behind the bedheads and side drawers of two Queen sized beds.

My Vietnamese partner who was a talented seamstress when she lived in Vietnam also likes Lincraft here in Australia. Unfortunately she was not with me to help out on this occasion.

If you don't know much....Ask questions, listen a lot, and learn as I did. Some of Lincrafts staff know heaps of info.
