Our driver was Nathan, he was nice. Very good pricing, was a little late (2-3 mins), photos are super important to create memories so being able to take good ones is a priority. We had a 1 hour cruise around Surfer’s. The inside is very cool, lights change colour and you can play your own music quite loud! We got a bottle of champagne, and we had a great time all in all! It was an amazing experience and despite the minor things I would definitely book again.

Booked a limo for my sisters Hen’s party on the weekend. The driver called up and cancelled 10minutes before it was supposed to arrive saying he had a flat tire. I understand shit happens but he was pretty unapologetic and didn’t even attempt to find us another option.. I asked if he could change the tire and arrive a bit later but said no…. Then I asked if he could arrange for a limo for the next day to at least make up for it and take my sister to another venue so she still got the fun experience - he said he’d get back to me. Next day I heard nothing, I contacted them again leaving a vm and text. Finally they replied but just said ‘sorry fully booked.’ I understand these things happen but it would have been nice to experience some sort of customer care in handling it. Got refunded at least..

Fantastic! I could not be happier with the service provided. From the very beginning when I requested a quote to the day of our wedding, everything was just perfect. I cannot fault at all. I was very worried that the limo would not be able to navigate properly down a steep driveway to reach the chapel where we were our ceremony was being held. To put my nerves at ease, a couple of months out from our wedding, Limos in Paradise actually drove out to our venue in the middle of the week and made sure they could do it, and sent me a photo of the limo parked directly outside of the chapel. I was blown away that they did this for me. First class service. The vehicle was amazing, our driver was so nice and attentive. We were very well looked after. It was a great day! I would definitely recommend this company.

We used Limousines in Paradise for our wedding transport from our hotel to the ceremony. They were running only slightly late due to unforeseen traffic issues but called me straight away to let me know, it wasn't really an issue though because I planned for some traffic and booked a bit earlier than needed. My only negative would be that either the Bluetooth connection for our phone to play songs wasn't working or we couldn't quite figure out how to work it (very possible), but it didn't end up mattering as we had to make some last minute phone calls during the drive to plan around the rain. Overall our driver was lovely and helpful and provided the service as expected.

We had booked the limousine for just a 30 minute trip as a surprise trip for a birthday dinner. Vehicle was a little bit late which was due to traffic conditions but the time was made up by the driver who did check if we wanted to go direct to the venue or use the 30 minute trip time. Driver took the time to take for us a group photo which was appreciated overall a nice experience.

Enquired about the airport special which was pickup from Gold Coast airport and taken to our surfers paradise accommodation for $300 that is advertised on their website.
When I sent an email they come back with a $500 quote
When I questioned it they said it's only valid for school holidays
No where on it does it say only valid in school holidays
It actually states valid until 31st December 2025 which to me means valid until December 2025 ?
DODGY COMPANY only after the dollars.

Do not use this company we booked months out and were contacted the week of our event and cancelled. Their instagram says they have a fleet of 22 vehicles but they were unable to offer any solution and referred us to a taxi company? So unprofessional and nearly wrecked the event I had been planning for months. Luckily I was able to pull a favour from a lovely retired limousine driver as no one was available on such late notice.
