From the very first meeting to the final moments of our big day, Maddie exceeded every expectation. I cannot thank her enough for the incredible work she did throughout my whole wedding planning process, nothing was ever too hard no matter how big or small. She handled every aspect with grace and professionalism, from sourcing vendors, creating timelines and dealing with a very indecisive bride and a groom that wasn’t too quick to lock anything in…(only trying on suits 1 month before wedding…great idea)

Maddie did an amazing job and went absolutely above and beyond to make my vision come to life on the day. She was so organised and made our day stress free. You could tell she genuinely cared about every aspect of the wedding and ensuring everything was perfect.

I’m so thankful that I found Maddie, and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her. She was my wedding fairy godmother and genuine hype girl!! ?

Where do I even begin? Honestly Maddie was a blessing to deal with the whole way through and put up with my constant change of plans until I finally made a decision and stuck to it. I definitely didn’t make it easy but Maddie never backed down from the challenge. From the first meeting at our venue she was well organised and well researched which helped me in deciding which vendors were best for our big day. She was always available to answer any questions and was always one step ahead, she was in constant contact with all the vendors so I didn’t have to deal with numerous different people which took a lot of stress out of the whole process. She kept me on track with what needed to be completed and by when so the whole process was smooth sailing. 100% recommend Maddie’s services, you will not be disappointed!!

Highly recommended for your event decoration needs! She went above and beyond for my sons birthday car themed decorations (photos taken for photograph purpose, not final placement) The balloons lasted a long time (car foil used as a toy afterwards) and the poster was an awesome surprise to top it all off.

Madeleine was pivotal in making sure our special day went smoothly and as planned. From the moment we met and did our first walk-through of the venue to the very end of the night. Her energy was vibrant, she was so organised and very clear with what she could help us with. She confirmed early on how frequently we wanted to check in with each other and knew all the extra questions & checks to run past each of our vendors. We only had her as our Wedding Day Coordinator but she went above and beyond and helped us with so much more of the planning process.
