We had a shorter planning time to get everything ready for our daughter's wedding and really couldn't have pulled everything together without their help. From the very beginning, they reduced our stress level tremendously and both myself and the groom's mother were able to enjoy the wedding day, knowing they were taking care of EVERYTHING. They guided us through the entire process, letting us know when decisions about vendors needed to be made, and giving us vendor options to choose from. Kimmylee and Maggie of LimeLight Expressions are absolutely the best wedding coordinators we could ever ask for! We hired LimeLight Expressions as our “day-of” coordinator so they handled everything from directing the rehearsal to setting up the reception room to handling everything that needed to be done the day of the wedding. My daughter had no time to plan her wedding let alone arrange all the minor details as a medical resident, but with the help of Kimmylea during a few Zoom meetings, the planning was stress-free and her wedding day went very smoothly. My daughter and her husband told me how impressed they were with the service Maggie provided to them all night long at their wedding. The couple was so grateful to have all the large and small details taken care of and the room set up exactly the way they wanted it to be. Maggie even made sure the bride and groom were handed their favorite drinks throughout the night – without asking! Such attention to detail and service is rare and they far exceeded our expectations!

Could not recommend Limelight Expressions enough!!! Kimmylea helped with my older sister's wedding, and I knew I also had to have her when it came to mine 2 years later. She more than exceeded all of our expectations. From day one, she regularly checked in with me and guided me through any questions I had. She was always timely, organized, professional and most importantly reliable- which is not always the case when it comes to the wedding industry. On the day of our wedding, our transportation had issues with the vehicle and was about to leave us without any means to get around (despite our contract). Kimmylea worked her magic behind the scenes to ensure we had multiple backup options, and that the transportation we did book would come. She did all of this without bothering me or my husband on the day of- we weren't even aware of any of this until the next day! She kept in touch my my matron of honor and family to make sure the day was as stress free as possible for us- which is something we can never thank her enough for! On top of all this, she made sure that every detail for the day went exactly as we had imagined. Booking with Limelight expressions was by far the best investment we made for our wedding, and we cannot recommend them enough! Thank you for helping make our wedding day so perfect!

I am pretty convinced Kimmylea and her team are magic. First of all, they were able to take my random thoughts and ideas and turn it into the most beautiful wedding imaginable, all while staying within our budget. Second, Kimmylea was incredibly easy to communicate with and happily took care of any and all my requests. She had an answer for everything and made it so I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Lastly, they made the day of the wedding the most PERFECT day. If I needed anything at all they were right there. I was so impressed with how easy they made it look because me and my family were anything but easy. Kimmylea is the most pleasant person I’ve ever worked with. She never made me feel like I was asking for too much or being over the top. I was told by nearly half of my guests that it was the best wedding they’d ever been to, and that is all due to Kimmylea and her team!!! We could not recommend Limelight events enough for making our wedding day perfect! They were EXTREMELY professional, detail oriented, and thorough. We hired them for day-of coordination but they did so much more!! From helping us order rentals, picking up our cakes, and helping with our timeline and coordinating all of our vendors, we could not have planned our wedding without them! On the day of the wedding, I did not worry about a single thing because I knew it was all taken care of! Maggie was present all day and night for our wedding and took care of everything!! On top of that, she made sure to check in with me throughout the night and to make sure I didn’t need anything! She was so kind to make sure I was having the time of my life! She even packed up everything at the end of the night so it was ready to go! I couldn’t recommend Limelight enough-they helped make sure our wedding day was the best day of our lives!
