Danielle and the entire team at Lightspace were absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. From the moment we booked our wedding, every part of the planning process was seamless thanks to their clear communication, attention to detail, and genuine care. Danielle was incredibly supportive, always one step ahead, gently prompting us with things we hadn’t considered and ensuring we felt calm and excited, not overwhelmed.

The whole Lightspace team went above and beyond. The accounts team kept everything transparent and stress free with prompt invoicing updates, while the on-the-night manager and bar staff were professional, friendly, and just a joy to work with. It truly felt like everyone was invested in making our day perfect.

While the venue itself is stunning, beautifully located and endlessly versatile, it’s the people who make Lightspace exceptional. My only regret is that the day is over and I don’t have another excuse (yet!) to work with this amazing team again.

Thank you so much to Lightspace for holding our wedding ceremony & reception. Danielle is so extremely easy to deal with, and they made sure everything ran smoothly. It was torrential rain, and the staff were out with umbrellas to ensure our guests didn't get drenched coming into the venue. We appreciate so much your immaculate attention to detail. The staff were so friendly and made sure our things were ready to go for us to take that night. The space looked absolutely beautiful and was everything we could've imagined and more! Plenty of room for guests to be seated and also enough room to dance. The sound system was so easy to hook up to. Thank you so much! xx

What an amazing space for a special event! We organised a 50th anniversary dinner for our car club and everyone was completely blown away by the experience we were able to deliver with creative decoration and a wild imagination. There is vehicle access into the venue which gave us the opportunity to have four beautiful Alfa Romeo cars on display at the dinner. We were able to control the lighting, the sound and the decor – it was spectacular, and noted as the best event the car club has ever held in 50 years. The owners and staff at Lightspace could not have been more helpful, they were absolutely amazing to work with. I would organise an event there again in a heartbeat.

We recently hosted a surprise engagement/wedding reception at Lightspace, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, our dealings with John and the entire Lightspace team were seamless and completely stress-free. They facilitated everything perfectly, making the whole process so easy for us.

The venue itself is absolutely stunning — spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly versatile. It comfortably accommodated our large group, with a fantastic mix of seating areas, standing spaces, and a great-sized dance floor. The setup was perfect.

One of the highlights was the ability to use the wall and projector to play a special video — such a fantastic feature that added a really personal touch to the night. The team was also incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout.

And the gelato truck — a fun and delicious bonus! It was a huge hit with our guests and such a lovely surprise addition to the evening.

A massive thank you to the Lightspace team for helping us pull off such a memorable and magical night. We would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone planning a special event!

We booked the venue about 12 months ahead of our wedding because it was a blank canvas. It was a space that we could create and make our own.

Throughout our wedding planning process and during the wedding itself, Danielle was super supportive of my vision, helped guide and bring it to life. She also made sure everything ran so smoothly that there was no such thing as stress on our big day.

If we could have the wedding all over again, we would, just to re-live and bask in the moment that Danielle and the other vendors put together for us.

We had our wedding reception at Lightspace in October 2024, and were extremely pleased with the service and communication from Lightspace. The space itself is stylish, clean and cosy with the mix of industrial style and greenery, which worked very well with our theme.

Danielle, our coordinator, was professional and efficient, and helped us to build the event from the ground up. She had a great eye for important details and the experience to know what could and would possibly happen and how to plan around such a large undertaking. She also was very accommodating with small touches that would help make things run smoothly or add some special touches. We really appreciated her work.

The team on the night were efficient, polite and made the event run smoothly. Overall, the level of professionalism and service was exceptional, and in our opinion, at a reasonable price point.
