When we drove through the front gates for the first time, we were amazed at how beautiful the trees lining the streets were and the roses out front of the bowling green beside the Clubhouse are stunning. It is so peaceful here and our neighbours are all very friendly. We have peace of mind when we go away knowing we have the security at all times. The homes are open plan and our front gardens are maintained by awesome gardeners. The facilities are great whether you want to have a swim, or play games on a computer or watch a movie in the theatre room, it’s all right here.
I love living at Lifestyle Brookfield.

These people are thieves they have a lot of hidden fees that you need to be aware of ..even though you buy the property you still pay rent and when you sell property they take a deferred management fee DFM at 4% per year of residence capped at 20% for 5 years
Example if you are there 4 years and 1 day they will charge for 5 years , if a loved one passes away and the property is vacant they still take rent approx $750 monthly until sold ,
