I had Grant fault find and repair some more complex machine arrangements for me and as someone who has dealt with a variety of self proclaimed fridgeys, I can say that Grant is a proper refrigeration technician that knows what he is doing, he's not one of these guys who has done a 2 day course on aircon as an add on to their trade, this is his trade and you can see Grant has been doing this for a very long time and in great depth and detail. He is good with Laser machine configurations and has exceptional welding skills, his pricing is fair and reasonable, no nonsense and is a great communicator that will assist you in getting the result you need.

I own and run Jarra Infusion Cafe in Pinjarra. Grant has been my refrigeration mechanic for the past 4 years. Grant's expertise has been invaluable to my staff and I. We have 4 commetcial fridges and 4 freezers that he helps maintain and they are working so much better following his radiator cleaning advise. I value his honest opinion on wether to fix or replace. Unlike previous refrigeration mechanics I had used prior to finding Grant, he has never charged for me for things that were not needed. His pricing is extremely fair I can highly recommend him.

Grant has been looking after my Subway stores in Falcon and on Mandurah Tce for years and after experiencing his service I will not use anyone else. Grant is the only one in town that I can rely on after hours, regardless of the time of day or night he will always go out of his way to make sure we can keep our business running by making sure our refrigeration and aircon issues are fixed as soon as humanly possible. On top of that his rates and customer service is second to none and I couldn't recommend him enough, Grant has got us out of trouble countless times and I guarantee you wont find a more honest and reliable guy.

After using numerous different refrigeration repair companies at our store, one company who was too busy to attend our breakdown gave me Grant at Licensed to Chills number. Grant attended to the problem and I was so happy with his prompt attention and service that we haven't used anyone else since. I have owned Mumma's Eats n Sweets on Mandurah Terrace for approximately 12 years and we have 12 fridges, freezers, coolrooms. Over the years we have used most companies, but Grant is always reliable and efficient.
I wouldn't call anyone else.

I have owned the Waroona Hotel for nearly six years and now also own Cellarbrations at Eaton( two years), Grant has been looking after our fridge and aircon needs for nearly all of this time and there aren't enough stars on this page to properly recommend his services. My name is Carmen Ralph I own Ralphys Ocean Treats in Falcon dealing with seafood I am very particular with my refrigeration temps etc I have used Grant from Licensed to chill for about 4 years and he is awsome always answers his phone and always there on the same day I call. He is very professional and easy to deal with.
Whether it's weekends night time or Xmas eve (sorry) he's there and has me operational straight away .(my super hero) .So if you need refrigeration done do yourself a favour and call Grant you won't get a better deal or better service anywhere else .RALPHYS OCEAN TREATS RECOMMENDS
