I was recommended by a friend to check it out. Loved the layout it was awesome. Very retro felt like you went back in time. Food was tasty Love the loaded fries with brisket, pork belly was tasty, bao also tasty and fried rice was nice if you like the taste of lemon grass and I do. Nothing to complain about there. Cocktails were also nice but on the pricer side. For two starters, two mains and a cocktail each it was $160. Definitely happy I went and can say I've done it.'

Atmosphere very retro and nice.
Staff friendly and good selection of wines and cocktails.
Food we got
- Tuna Crudo which was good but the sauce too strong I couldn’t feel the taste of tuna at all
-Shrimps wrapped in rice foil with spicy sauce were excellent. Fried and crunch was divine and sauce balance perfectly the taste
-Chilli Crab Noodles leave me a bit disappointed. It was good and abundant but still I couldn’t feel the taste of the crab in it if I wasn’t bite any piece.

Vegetarian and Vegan options available in the menu.

-One Campari Spritz and One Gin Mare Tonic
-Three Dishes
-Bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon
-$185 dolls

One of the best meals we had in Western Australia. Creative dishes in a fun and funky atmosphere. We enjoyed the chicken salad, crab noodles and pork belly. Portions of each dish were good. Reservations highly recommended

This was our first time dining here and we came because a friend had recommended it to us! The food did not disappoint. Basically, you order several things from the menu, and it just comes out when ready. Do yourself a favour and order the Veitnamese Carpaccio - absolutely divine! And the Crack Noodle - flavour heaven. We also ordered the pork belly, which was top 3, so delicious. For dessert, we had the profiteroles and the syrup pudding - this was absolutely mouth-watering... Also, give their cocktails a try, These guys know how to combine flavours and serve good quality food. Highly recommend!!

I visit on every trip to Albany. Last night was a particularly excellent evening but the food has never on any visit disappointed. Their cocktail list is worthy of a complete evaluation, all very interesting. The pink galah with extra musk is a personal favourite. Our must orders are Crab Noodles, chicken Parfait, and Beef Carpaccio. Beef Bourguignon tried last night will be added to the list of musts.

We had a lovely night at Liberté! The staff were friendly and food was delicious. We ordered our drinks and food, and it was ready within minutes. Our booking was at 8:30pm so it probably wasn’t too busy around that time.
The food was bursting with flavours but it’s a bit pricey and portions aren’t too big. The french fries with pho gravy tasted amazing but got salty with each bite. The pork belly just melts in the mouth. I also love the addition of the kaffir lime in the fried rice. The crab noodles was tasty but it got too sour and salty for me as I kept eating it.

Overall it was a lovely experience and will definitely be back to try the other foods in the menu.
