On what should have been one of the happiest days of a couple’s life, Let's Eat failed in an inexcusable way. Despite placing the order well in advance, a significant portion of the food was never delivered. There wasn’t nearly enough to feed all the guests, and shockingly, the bride and groom had to resort to ordering pizza on their wedding night—just so everyone would have something to eat.
In addition to this, the food that was supposedly meant to be hot, was cold even though an extra fee was paid to ensure hot delivery.

This wasn’t a small mistake—it was a complete breakdown in professionalism, organization, and customer care.

To then be told that no refund would be issued—because of the number of changes the bride had made—was truly unacceptable. Changes or not, they failed to deliver what was paid for.

I cannot in good conscience recommend Let's Eat for any event, let alone something as important as a wedding. If reliability and accountability matter to you, look elsewhere.

Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest it can go but is still too many. This company was paid a significant amount of cash money to cater a close friends wedding and they even charged an additional $100 for hot delivery which is a joke in itself but we will get there. A package was ordered including some extras which were specific requests and must have for the groom (beef mignon among other things) which added additional costs. What they had delivered was less then half the order, almost all meats were missing except for the horrific tasting chewing gum style of beef skewers (cold, tough as hell, disgusting taste and just plain horrible) in which the sentiments were shared by every single person at the wedding. Everybody there was outraged over the amount (or lack there of) food but also the quality. They will slug you an additional $100 for hot delivery however will deliver it at a temperature which is similar to that of what you would expect for something that has not long come out of the fridge. I reckon my kid can make a far better meal. When trying to sort out the issue with them, they just get angry at you for calling them out and trying to find a resolution however they just get aggressive and end up hanging up on you. They refuse to accept any complaints or where their short coming are. I would never use this mob of criminals nor would I recommend their 'service'. If you like giving money for nothing then these are your guys, however if you want quality and service, definitely go somewhere else who can actually deliver not only what is promised, but more importantly, what is paid for. The only negative of the newly weds night was this experience with this company. Not only did they spend thousands to this company to cater for their 70+ guests, with what actually got delivered, the local pizza joint ended up having to be contacted and have hundreds of dollars of pizza ordered to cater. The pizza was better. Personally I would pick the pizza place in future to cater any event as a pose to this bunch of thieves!

Let’s Eat Lonsdale - 1 star food with an extra star for the price.
Don’t like raw bacon on my burger! You said it was grilled but it looked like it was cooked with the heat of the burger.
Burger comes with cheese so ordered extra as very few places get it right these day…and of course no cheese at all.
For the price I didn’t expect it to be blow your head off good but they didn’t even get the ingredients right.
And lastly the Angus beef patty was more akin to cheap overcooked sausage.

People do not ever use LETS EAT CATERING. They are a scamming bunch of thieves. On my wedding day 2 days ago, they delivered half of the catered food leaving us to have to order Pizzas..... thanks to my Dad. Speaking with them today, they say it's my fault as I changed the order too many times....to which I said be a better business owner however they won't refund and hung up on me. They talked over me and wouldn't let me explain my issue. He didn't like when I said I hadn't finished talking and aggressively talked over me.
. We paid 2500 plus 100 delivery for hot food but The whole BBQ PACKAGE was missed as well as 100 beef fillet Mignon. Shame on these thieves

I wish that there was an option to give a no star rating.
This company not only completely screwed over some of my closest friends but they did it on their wedding day!
This horrible arrogant company then proceeded to blame my friends for their lack of ethicacy.
More than half the food was missing what was there was COLD after they charged an extra $100 for hot delivery .
The brides father then had to order pizza so that people were actually fed and the pizza shop came through with HOT food!! Something this "professional" catering company couldn't!
Would never use them .EVER.
The owners are condescending and rude when questioned as to why they couldn't provide what was promised they refuse to take any responsibility, say they are too busy to talk and then talk over the top of you.
Such a dodgy company.
100% would not recommend.

Absolutely appalling. (Please note the 5 star reviews are from the previous owner NOT these Shams). My Daughters Wedding was just over a week ago (April 2025) and they hired this catering company to provide the food for the reception. When the food arrived the lady took the money, no receipt and as my daughter was being introduced to the guests for the reception she didn't get to see what food was delivered. When she got to see what was delivered, the lady had gone, money gone, no receipt and only half the food had been delivered. They paid for hot delivery as well and the food was cold and stale. They have refused a refund and blamed my daughter for changing the order too many times - which I would think a catering company should be able to be professional enough to keep track of their customer's orders. Absolutely disgusting - do NOT trust them with your event!!!

Went to a wedding on the weekend fully catered by these folks but only like half the food ordered was delivered and the guests had nothing to eat until some pizzas could be ordered. When the bride called the owner they were SO disrespectful on the phone and hung up on her, making her cry. ON HER WEDDING DAY.
So damn awful. I want to make sure everyone I know knows never to use these folks.

Do not work with this company. They stole money from the wedding I attended, not delivering allot products, leaving the attendees with not enough food, and making the lovely bridal party organize extra food in the form of pizza. on their wedding day. It's a profoundly shameful act and is exceptionally unprofessional. I am appalled by their actions.
