Overnight stay enroute to Adelaide.
Staff friendly, room fairly basic but served it’s purpose.
Great shower.
Internet access was available but no matter how many times we tried unable to make it work.
Very quiet location and close to the tavern.

Good food in the restaurant, stopped for lunch but didn’t stay at the resort. The lady that took our orders and served us even stayed late past an arvo closing while we changed a flat tire, so nice of her!

We arrive in the dark. The restaurant was busy, Steak Night and football. Great meal!! Ryan the Chef was awesome, and Tom the hotel host and bartender...help us get settled with heat in our cabin stay. Very comfortable nights sleep. Back for breakfast in the morning!!!

Friendly staff, Good Food, Bottlo, Great spot in the front or Beer garden with Music and pool tables.
And my favorite thing is the doggie dog in the beer garden for our best friend's to join us 👍😊

The rooms definitely need renovating. Chrome off the tapware and they were rusting. Hot water tap in the shower was likely to fall off. Fan in bathroom clicked for a while before deciding to start, possible fire hazard. Air conditioner needed work, blows straight onto the person in bed. I wonder if fire alarms work as person next door smoked in the room and we could smell it.
The meal on our second night was cold and had to be sent back, the waiter said they were having problems with the bain marie,not good for beef ribs. One rib was definitely older than the other, should have been cooked fresh.
The staff though were terrific and friendly. This place is not a resort, no amenities other than the tavern

On our family trip we came into a bit of difficulty and that’s where we felt like locals in a town that we’ve never been too before. The local service station gave us advice, the tavern looked after our family and gave us the best advice for the nearest vehicle recovery business (Cookes Outback Motors) who were absolutely supurb. ||So if you ever visit this rugged part of Australia. Be sure to use these fantastic small outback businesses and support them along your journey. We feel blessed to have had the problems we had in such a friendly town.

Rock up and everything is shut, no food or water for sale and no one at the property to meet you, no word of this when booking… and no refund. Is the property really that desperate for money?

Woeful facilities; torn carpet which was a triping hazard, one dinner plate, no spoons, one cup, one mug, dripping taps, no lid on garbage bins & used dishcloth & scourer.
Staff were excellent though.
Certainly wouldn't recommend nor refer to it as a 'resort'.
