Waited 25 mins for a taxi booking when they said it will take 6 mins. Called them the third time they asked us to use another company and it will take them 1 hour to send a cab out. What a waste of time.

I have just got a taxi from the Sydney Domestic Terminal to the Ibis Budget Motel, Mascot. The driver was very angry that it was such a short fare. I didn’t get a chance to say that my knee condition prevented me from walking. He said he had to wait two hours for his turn, I could have walked, he doesn’t earn much money. That went on for most of my trip. Quite frankly I was reduced to tears. I will not be using the company again if I can help it. The fare was $22.91.

Booked a taxi on the new Autocab App. Was able to watch cab approach on a map. Driver Sam was well dressed well spoken and car was clean and well looked after. Price was as per the meter.

Book another company, catch a bus or walk...it WILL be faster!! Four phone calls and more than 55 minutes waiting for a taxi that wasn't booked in by the dimwit phone operator! Save your precious time...book elsewhere!!

worst service I have ever come across, made the booking at 1pm for the cab at 4pm and only called me 10 minutes before 4pm to say no cab is available, which is appalling, avoid this company!!!

My only experience was trying to get a price online for a taxi to the airport but it actually BOOKED a cab. No quote or anything. It's 2023. Uber, 13cabs, Didi, etc all offer online quote and fixed price.

They try real hard to compete against rideshare the drivers are all regular guys at Revesby the drivers running that rank look after their customers getting out crossing the road to help with groceries set fares Fr pensioners well done guys
