The scone is the most beautiful scone I’ve tasted with home-made jam. Coffee and tea was good. Service, sometimes you really need to try hard to grab waitresses attention if you need anything.

High tea at le-jardin at the new imperial hotel was lovely, the atmosphere was pleasant. The right amount of food and many other options if you do not wish to have high tea, however do wish it was an unlimited choice of coffee or tea, but overall definitely something worth doing for a special occasion, birthday or just because.

My partner and I embarked on an exhilarating weekend getaway to the Gold Coast. After checking in, we decided to have a drink and a bite before heading out to explore the city. However, the exceptional hospitality displayed by Helena and her team at “Le Jardin” kept us at the hotel for the rest of the day and half of the following day.
You guys are amazing, and it is a privilege to have you around the industry on the Gold Coast.

We had an Amazing high tea yesterday. Great service and loads of food. Particularly great for those with a very sweet tooth. The savoury was beautiful too.
My only feedback would be that I would love the option to customise to have less sweet and more savoury. (I haven’t seen anyone do this but that’s what I would love)

We took mum to Le Jardin's High Tea for a Mother's Day treat and we all really enjoyed it.

The service was impeccable and made us feel special:

- Jessica was the consummate host with her friendliness and attentiveness (as was the woman working with her, but I didn't catch her name unfortunately). Jessica was also good enough to show us around the Vanitas restaurant afterwards, and store our take-away items in the fridge until we were ready to leave after having a look around the ground level

- George on security was also brilliant. He was welcoming, jovial and exceptionally kind to bring us a complimentary small vial of Versace perfume for mum

- Because my mother is in a wheel chair I scoped out the accessible facilities before booking, and the door staff / concierge was good enough to show me around to help me feel satisfied that the accessible toilets etc were appropriate

- Upon booking I also let the hotel know that my mother was in a wheel chair and they made a note of this, so when we were drove up the hotel door staff greeted us by name and were good enough to leave our car parked upstairs / out the front for ease of wheel chair access

The food was of the best quality and delicious. High tea never seems like a huge meal when it is first delivered, but trust me - we couldn't eat it all and had to take some home.

Being Versace and a 5-star, the price is always going to reflect this, but it's not something you do every day, and this is perfect for a special occasion.

Thank you for a great experience and being so accommodating Versace, highly recommended.

Decided to drop into this place for a nice relaxing coffee. I have been here before for a snack. And enjoyed the experience.

I love the opulence, the decor, the atmosphere. It’s a little over the top, but I love it. It is all quality as far as I experienced it.

Coffee was very nice. And it was very relaxing sitting outside in the sun, overlooking the pool.

The waiter, Dimitri, was a very pleasant fellow.

If you are on a budget, then this place may not be for you. If you don’t mind paying for an experience, then I think you should try this hotel and Café, at least one !

It is a great service with the finest, most amazing Italian tiramisu ever presented to me with soft flavor like you try to bite a cloud. The tea selection is next level, the environment it is a Classy Versace style - the unique one!!!

I did the vegan Couture High Tea with Moet Champagne and coffee. Good experience but wouldn't go out of my way to do it again. My waiter made me feel like I was inconveniencing him when I asked to double check if everything was vegan and to give me jam for the scones.
