Late change of plans due to bad weather and floods almost everywhere else, we decided to stay in Victor Harbor. Lazy Days was the best choice for us, with enough space in case we got stuck inside when pouring. Would have preferred to stay a bit longer but it was sold out - book early.
Cheryl our host let us in, we also got a tour of the neighbouring Cozy Cottage
Lazy Days is a two bedroom holiday home with a generous open plan living area and two bedrooms with queen beds. It is nicely decorated and also practical with suitcase holders, shelves and all to keep the place tidy after unpacking.
There is plenty of parking space and landscaped grounds and garden.
The large veranda has country views.
We did not get mobile connection ( no Optus nor Vodafone) but the wi-fi was pretty good. There is Netflix on the large TV.
Next door is the Urimbirra Wildlife Park (the local zoo) and the Nangawooka Flora Reserve (the local botanical gardens)
Lazy Days is a good base to explore the Fleurieu, recommended.

Wonderful experience, the owners are delightful, great reserve of knowledge for things to see and do in the area, very helpful and kind people.

Lovely rooms to stay, with kitchen facilities, washing machine and a split toilet, shower bathroom.
Pergola with BBQ and outdoor seating.

Great little cottage
Lovely accommodation for two couples. Plenty of space, well equipped, comfortable beds. The weather was very cold while we were there, but the house was snug and warm. In warmer weather the out door areas would have been lovely, with shaded deck and outdoor dining. Owners were nearby, ready to help if needed and offered good local advice

There are some places you book for a night but on arrival regret that you couldn't stay longer.||The cottage was very spacious, well appointed and spotlessly clean. Two good sized bedrooms with queen beds, a lounge with a dining table for 6 and two sofas. The kitchen had everything you need. Good sized bathroom and a separate toilet.||There is a covered porch with table and chairs.||The lounge had a flat screen TV, a DVD player with a selection of discs and some reading material.||All in all an ideal place to spend a few days.

After 9,000km on the road and 24 nights, Lazy Days B&B was by far the most impressive accommodation in which we've stayed, by a country mile!

The cottage is immaculate with modern fittings in every room, a full sized, well equipped kitchen, large TV (with lots of channels), quiet split sytem air conditioning, a well stocked library, large bathroom, a washing machine and a lovely patio with a gas BBQ.

Little niceties added to the experence (but I won't spoil the surprise & will let you discover those when you stay).

The position is ideal, just a few minutes from the ocean & right next door to a wildlife park. The cottage is far enough from town to be quiet and secluded without anything being an inconvenient distance away.

We absolutely loved this place and will stay whenever we are in the region.

Cheryl the owner greated us when we arrived showed us the games for the kids told us to have a walk through to make sure everything was ok and the best places to eat plus the folder of activities in the area. The accommodation is very clean with cereals milk juice bread tea and coffee provided plus she rang the day before to ask what kind of bread and milk we would like. There is only a little issue and that is the traffic on the busy road out the front but that will settle down as the day ends but a beautiful setting away from the hustle and bustle. We will definitely stay again already talking about when. Oh and if you like a BBQ there is also one provided on the front porch.

Great place clean and tidy. Beds are comfy. Shower is great. Have thought of all the little things that make a difference. Traffic noise from main road is the only let down otherwise great experience.
