An absolute crime to miss if you are intent on touring Launnie!

For beginners, its a good place to learn kayaking, for experienced rowers, its a good place to improve or hone your skills. For both groups, its a good place to tour the city by boat and enjoy the scenery. Plus the boat we were given was very simple to operate.

A big shout out to Aaron who guided us through the river, ran through the safety demos real quick, and took lots of photos for us. Highly recommend going here, it's worth the bucks !!

My friend and I had a great time kayaking with Aran in the Seaport of Launceston. It's foot paddle kayak so you not only use the strength of your legs but also keep relatively dry. It was a beautiful day and Aran was gracious with our lateness. We had an enjoyable time and the weather was lovely. It's definitely worth doing when you are in Launceston.

The kayak tour was interesting, informative and fun. Aaron’s local knowledge was outstanding. The combination of information and silence (to take in the beauty and diversity of the river) was spot on. A highly recommended activity for all ages.

It is the best way to explore the Tamar River. The kayak with foot paddles are easy to control. Also your hands are free to take puctures. Highly recommend.

Highlight of our Launceston visit. Booked a 7 am, 1.5 hr tour with Arron. We went up the Nth Esk, back into the Tamar and up the gorge, back to the dock, took roughly 2 hrs. Arron has significant guiding experience and is very personalble. One thing to note is you propel the boat with your legs, thus my 12 year old boys were more then capable and loved it. Of course one can use their upper body and paddle the traditional way too. It was just a magic morning.
