Beautiful & peaceful ❤️

A beautiful run through Lane Cove National park! I took a run from Chatswood station to Lane Cove river track ( Fullers st), along the left river bank to De Burghs bridge to other side. It’s the Great North Walk, the track’s full-filled with beautiful bushes, small stream, giant stones & a lot of birds. Then come back to Chatswood station again, total mileage is about 17km.
Love it❤️.

Wonderful place to walk, picnic and relax. The birdlife is fantastic. You can stick to the easy road or head up the trail if you're more mobile.

Such a lovely place, very nice walks by the river, and it was clean while we were there. We also arrived after reception hours and simply picked up an envelope with instructions. If you have a tiny tent like us though, make sure the strings are long enough to reach the soil ground, because you can't stick the pegs in the pad.

Fantastic place to enjoy, walk, camping, boating, cycling and photography of the birds and nature. Do forget to enjoy birds songs and meditation.

This park is always a delight to visit. There are so many different areas to hang out in, and it's hard to believe that it is so close to Chatswood and the city! It's like a peaceful oasis in a storm of modern activity. Would love to keep coming again.

Absolutely magical for a Paddle board with your favourite pet, but I don't think you're allowed to bring dogs down so the bird on the shoulder is okay. (Maybe?)He doesn't go anywhere. He landed in the river once but I've grabbed him and he's learnt his lesson
