I'm going to set aside the fact it was an Asian wedding venue and the venue is perfect for that.
I'm going to set aside the fact it was mostly seafood and I don't eat seafood.
I expected all that. I've been to many Asian wedding receptions and enjoyed myself thoroughly.
But unfortunately the service was not great
I guess when you turn out wedding after wedding a venue might become complacent over time and become a machine rather than a hospitality experience.
Huge room for service improvement.
And yes I know we were guests and it's free for us.
But those who go to Asian weddings know you give a lot of money to the bride and groom.
Enough to cover the cost of the meal and service along with extra as a gift.
So yes technically we did pay for our experience which is why I believe it's ok to leave this review.

Big beautiful reception hall. Went for a wedding ceremony of a friend and it's a big hall that housed all the guests. The parking lot is hidden though, you will see a directional sign that shows you the parking lot at the front gate after parking on the street. I feel a lower wall would expose the parking lot.

Attended a function here today. Venue a bit old school. Did not see any staff around. Ladies toilets appeared like they hadn't been cleaned in months..no toilet paper in most of the stalls, blocked toilets. You'd think that management would at least check facilities before guests arrive. Pretty poor standards.

Good place but would not recommend it for wedding reception, you can hear the nextroom if they had music playing too, depends on your preference really.
