Outstanding service from Lakemba Travel Centre!
After trying at least 8 other travel agents in NSW & VIC for our overseas travels and receiving terrible service (no call back or email replies, invoices with no details, flights with no accommodation booked, reservations with no prices, etc) I remembered walking past LTC the day before and decided to call them.
From the get go LTC's responsiveness was impeccable. I was immediately informed by Amer that they would respond "very soon" and they did, within 10 minutes- very refreshing indeed!
The level of detail and care that Fatima and the team provided in arranging our flights, transfers flights, accommodation in various countries, etc, was incomparable, even when we were stuck in a hotel and the team came to the rescue at midnight Sydney time.
If you want a professional service that is polite, comprehensive and prompt, go straight to LTC.

Lakemba Travel center has always been my go to travel agent. They simplify my travel for me, they find me the best tickets with best price. And this year they exceeded my expectations. They refunded my ticket as I had to cancel my travel because of war. They transformed an unfortunate situation and made it possible for me to travel again without loss. The best travel agency ever! I knew these guys through my family since 2008 and when I decided to travel, my brother booked my ticket with them, they really look after me and consider everything, like instead of making me wait in airport for 12 hours they manage me hotel accommodation and meals so I can relax during transit. There was one time when I didn't use them and booked online, I waited in airport for almost 8 hours during transit and regretted not using them! These guys are so good that they're so busy, they have the best deals and very trustworthy. Now my transit waiting time has reduced dramically because they are very good at coordinating flights, and that only comes from years of experience! They are all great, I love booking my tickets through Hamza because we developed a strong connection over the years and he knows exactly what I want. My brother and sister in-law book through Dania. I am sure they are as good and experienced as each other. Most recent experience was other member of the family had to travel with me after I have already booked in advance, and Hamza told me that he will take care of everything for me and issued me tickets almost instantly, 1 phone call fixed all my problems! It's Unbelievable! 😀
