Great spot for star gazing and plenty of space around the lake. Crystal clear water to cool off in , Just make sure you've got plenty of fresh water to shower off with.

Excellent campsite! Quiet and clean. Salty water but calm and kids happily swam and played in the water and on the beach. Clean flushing toilets. No showers/drinking water or bbq’s so bring your camp stove and drinking water. Loved this place.

Nature at its best. White sand, salt water and an atmosphere of calmness. Great place for the out door adventure family.. Like all out of the way camping spots prepared you should be to make your stay comfortable.. Poorrarecup is a winner, so keep it full of H2O.. (make sure eroded water catchments on farm land are directed into lake and not cut off or directored away from the lake)

Don't want to say it but this is an EXCELLENT camping spot. Clean, fresh water, big spots and peace and quiet. Stay away so those of us who knows about it can enjoy it. 😀

This was a pleasant surprise! A stunning salt water lake with the whitest sand and clearest water, it's a perfect spot to swim, jetski, camp, and soak up the sun 🌞

Fantastic place to visit for a few hours, a day or even camp overnight or for a few days. No dogs allowed but its totally safe for kids of all ages, supervised of course. $10 per vehicle per night.

We lived on the edge of the lake for nearly 30yrs.
My sisters and I amongst hundreds more kids did our swimming lessons there when it was fresh water in the 60's
I was the rolling pin champion on News Yearsday 1970.
