I ordered my new fish pro trophy in late November 2021, it arrived in March 2022 and I picked it up early April 2022 and found Mark to be extremely informative and helpful through the whole process. I finally got it out on the ski last weekend and it met all my expectations and some. I found it to be very much at home as a fishing platform and at play. I ordered some more rod holders to match the orange ones on the 🏆 and found them to be double the price of the standard grey ones ? When I went pick them up. Mark was very helpful and adjusted the final price. Very happy with the end result and that's what makes good customer service. Mark has organised some other works I want done when I am ready to bring it back for its first service so every thing should be smooth sailing.

Don't bother. Rang twice, left number and email. No one bothered calling back so went elsewhere and pick up my new seadoo GTI 130 on Saturday.
Update. They fully redeemed themselves with my recent service . I didn't ask for the free one as offered. Thought I would see how it went. Did a 43km round trip on the weekend everything was perfect

I was fortunate enough to have been assisted by Brett, Mark and Debbie at Lake & Valley Powersports. They were all exceptional throughout the whole process. Mark was my sales person and he knew exactly what I was looking for. I really appreciated having a friendly chat with him and not being pushed into the sale. At hand over Brett ran through my new Sea-Doo with me and he was a pleasure to deal with. Each time I called the dealership Debbie was on the phone and has amazing phone etiquette. In 4 short days we had our brand new jet ski signed, sealed and in our possession just in time for fun out on the water that same weekend. Have bought 3 skis for lake and valley or the years and couldn’t recommend them enough. If there ever were warranty issues they were straight onto it and the owner Grant has even answered phone calls after hours with any questions I’ve had about the skis !
