The food was of such high quality and the presentation was beautiful, and served on time, the service was impeccable and the assistance prior to our wedding was something we were very grateful for, Emma made sure we had everything ready and replied so quickly to our questions and requests, nothing was ever too hard.

Food and drinks is typically the only thing guests remember about a wedding - the Laissez-faire catering team absolutely hit it out of the park for us! Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how delicious the food was, especially the arancini balls! Many said the food was the best they’ve had at a wedding (and these are guests that have attended plenty of weddings in Asia, Sydney and Europe). We are so grateful and appreciative of the care that the Laissez-faire catering team took to ensure our guests with dietary requirements were well taken care of and for preparing separate canapés for one guest that had a tricky dietary requirement - she said this was the first time ever that caterers have separately prepared something especially for her! I didn’t manage to catch the name of the bartender / drinks staff but they were all so lovely and attentive throughout the pre-drinks and reception. While I was hiding away from the crowd during the intermission, somehow the staff managed to find me and made sure I stayed hydrated! Thank you for making our special day all the more incredible and memorable.
