I ordered an Italian continental cake for my son’s engagement party. Paid a lot of money - the cake was a disappointment. The sponge was heavy not light - the colour and taste was off. I spoke to the staff and they said a manager would call to discuss - am still waiting.

Ordered a take away coffe this afternoon, 3 young people standing around the coffe machine talking while I was waiting for the coffe which should have taken a couple of minutes to make however it took a lot longer than that because they were 2 busy talking and when the coffee was ready ready she just left it on the counter whilst still talking and didn't say anything. Fix your service asap or you will lose more customers

The kitchen closes at 1pm daily, which is disappointing - especially on the weekend. Meant we went elsewhere for lunch.
The coffee was disappointing too.
I’m sure the pastries are good and that’s about the only reason I might come back.

Red velvet cake is crave worthy. Great cake! Paid $57. It was moist and so so good.
Great variety of treats.
Option to eat in or takeaway.
Friendly staff and helpful.
Have been coming here on and off for years and they are still creating cakes so availability of cakes is forever changing.

Good food and coffee. But gotta say, today was the 3rd time I've gotten a cheese and ham croissant with a coffee or something else. Everything I've ordered this, the person behind the counter takes my money, gets me the cookie or coffee or whatever, and then forgets about my croissant. I watched her do nothing afterwards and then more customers came, and I wanted to see if she forgot entirely or would get to it. When she put other things in the toaster and me standing nearby, she then put a croissant in. Of course because I was already waiting she took it out early and the middle was still cold.

I still give 4 stars but some of the service needs to improve

I had the freshest baguette this morning. Ham and cheese with salad and mayonnaise. The ingredients were top notch, so fresh. Absolutely delicious!

Stopped here for a quick coffee and nibble. They have an amazing selection of sweet and savoury snacks. The staff was friendly and quick. I will definately come back to try more things.
