Amazing location, opposite the beach, surf club, Burleigh Pavilion. Short stroll to shops, cafes & resturants. Staff have been super helpful & so pleasant to chat to. Rooms have fabulous views, apartments are a great size with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms for a family of 4. Rooms are spacious. Highly recommend

Nice facilities and great rooms. Everything is very accessible and the location is to die for. Basically beach front with amazing veiws and right next to James Street the central hub of Burleigh Heads.

This was a wonderful place to stay, we had one night in a 2 bedroom on the 14th floor and it was nicely furnished with great views over the beach, Burleigh point and up to Surfers. For the next 3 nights we had a 3 bedroom, 11th floor on the southern side, this had a very modern interior with lovely views and comfy beds. We would love to come back as everything is close by, no need for a car, you can walk to the beach and to the many eateries.

Recently, my partner and I stayed at this hotel. Thinking it would be great to be so close to the beach. Unfortunately, our first room had a broken hot water system. Not a great start but we thought it would be easily fixed by a room change.

The manager was very annoyed by our phone call but did move us to a new room. It was a great view from there and it looked like it would be a great stay, boy were we wrong.

The hot water system had been going off and on in our new room with cold showers 90% of the time. When we spoke with the manager, he argued with my partner that it had to be our fault and blamed us for the water going cold.

After requesting our money back, he refused saying he was never going to give any money back for us to switch hotels and forcing us to stay after taking all the money upfront.

The cleanliness of the apartment was horrid. Cutlery looked as if it had never been washed, there was food over plates and cooking utensils and all of the drains were full of hair and other bits.

One of the worst hotels and worst managers i have ever come across. This is one hotel you should not stay at. The only thing this hotel had going for it was the view.

Perfect spot in Burleigh Heads. Right across the road from great beach and surf club.|Rooms are I think all individually owned so I dare day decor etc could vary accordingly. We stayed in room 43 on 14 th floor. Awesome views on Burleigh Heads, beach and views uo to Surfers. Decor inside is a bit dated and shower screen in ensuite was broken and it rooms need a refresh but who cares as these a minor things. Apartment is huge. Large lounge and dining, great kitchen and good beds in the 2 bedrooms.|Complex has great facilities: a new pool which was heated, sauna,spa and tennis court.|All together it was a great place to stay and 2 min walk to James St and some good places to eat. Highly reccomend.

My husband and I have just spent ten days in an apartment at La Pacifique. We had a wonderful time, and found the managers, Jill and Brett, to be very friendly and helpful, with lots of suggestions for restaurants, etc. The apartment was tastefully decorated, large living area and two bedrooms with ensuite and main bathroom, and two balconies overlooking the beach and up to Surfers Paradise, so you can always escape the wind. It is a two minute walk to all the cafes and restaurants, and across the road from the bus stop. It really is the prime position in Burleigh! For a lovely R and R, La Pacifique is the place to stay. An older apartment in a fantastic location. I was travelling with a group of 6 friends & we shared the penthouse which was 3 bed, 3 bath with huge living area & full kitchen. Everything in Burleigh is within walking distance & the on-site managers are lovely, friendly & accommodating.
