I found thomas from krt automotive extremely curtious and friendly.thomas was calied to tow my hired vichicle that had broken down. The car hire company was extremely un helpful and left me and my two small dogs stranded on the side of the road in Moura Qld. Thomas was very helpful and rang for accodation for myself and my dogs. Thomas then towed us to Rockhampton airport where they refused me a new car hire. Thomas stayed there for hours because of lack of customer service. Thomas also helped me and my dogs and luggage into a taxi. I recommend krt automotive as a very helpful and caring business kind regards Suzanne.

Thomas and his team has been the been the most generous and kind people ever. My car broke down 3 days ago and since then they have been working non stop on my car and even fielding my crazy mother's annoying phone calls. They even let my dogs and I stay overnight in tve workshop before I found a motel. They were always honest and clearl about everything going on in my car. Thanks again
