She was very communicative and was always available to answer questions and provide logistics to make the wedding a success. Kristin helped me plan my wedding from JAPAN! Cody and I were stationed in Japan and selected Kristin as our wedding planner 1.5 years in advance of our wedding date. If you are looking for an organized, budget savy, wedding planner, who will give you peace of mind and make wedding planning an enjoyable process, reach out to Kristin and KPT Event Planning.
Kristin met us via Zoom monthly and outlined our benchmarks for planning and securing vendors. She helped us stay on budget and used her connections in the industry to do so. Kristin advocated for my vision as the bride while coordinating with my mother and mother-in-law in a way that made them feel included and special.
The month of the wedding, I felt at peace that everything had been planned out and taken care of. Kristin had coordinated with all the vendors for the rehearsal and wedding day in a way that kept me re-assured she was working her magic behind the scenes. Our rehearsal spot was unconventional, a local brewery with food trucks that she visited and met with each owner to make our rehearsal “Brews Before I Do” the most unique party we’ve thrown.

Kristin Was THE BEST!! She made my dreams come to life and helped me make all the best choices based on me and my partners specific needs! She took the time, paid attention to the details, ACTUALLY cared about my unique and crazy ideas and made them come to life!! She was always there when I needed advice or just needed her but yet always remained professional!

There's no way that I would have been able to have such an amazingly smooth and perfect day if it wasn't for Kristin! She checked in when she needed to, but I didn't even really see her much the day of cause she was being a ROCK STAR making the whole day go smoothly! All of our family had nothing but amazing things to say about her!!

Oh, and her rentals... A LIFE SAVER for not having to go to a million and one different vendors! Kristin and her team are 1,000% worth every penny!!! Stop thinking about it and just do it!!

It is impossible to put into words how incredible Kristin and her team at KPT Event Planning truly are! From the beginning, Kristin was there for my fiance and me as we navigated the overwhelming wedding industry. She was the perfect companion, helping us make our dreams a reality! As a teacher, to have an event planner who was previously a teacher, I knew we were in the right hands. She was kind, thoughtful, efficient, and detail-oriented as we prepared for our special day. She truly went above and beyond any time I had a question or something that didn't go according to plan. I didn't think she could be any better, but then, on the day of our wedding, she and her team worked tirelessly to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. We got married on NYE, and our reception was very long, but that never fazed her. She put our needs first, making sure that our wedding was the best day of our lives! Everything on our wedding day went perfectly, and without a doubt, that was because of Kristin. If you are considering her team, consider no longer. She is it!

Kristin and the KPT team did an awesome job on every step of our wedding planning. Early on she provided vendor options that turned out to be perfect. She kept us on track and made it throughout the process with checklist and templates. On the weekend of the event, Kristin and her team were extraordinary in thinking of everything and making it seamless. She provided a calm steady hand during every phase. They went above and beyond our expectations. I can’t imagine planning a wedding without the KPT team and would recommend them without any reservation.
